Don’t trust them! My customer’s website was shut down without any reason. Now they are asking for a crazy money or they are threating her that she will loose her website if she doesn’t pay they.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!
THEY DID MY WEBSITE. FOR A STARTER THEY GAVE ME A PRICE WITCH BY THE COMPLITION OF THE WEBSITE WAS DOUBLED. I PAID FOR LIFETIME HOSTING AND YEAR AND A HALF LATER THEY STOPPED MY WEBSITE WITHOUT NOTIFICATION OR EXPLANATION. I CALLED AND THEY SAID THAT THEY SORRY, BUT THEY NO LONGER CAN PROVIDE ME WITH HOSTING AND I HAVE TO PAY A DISCOUNTED RATE OF $85 PER MONTH TO KEEP MY WEBSITE. I HAVE ALL INVOICES ON FILE, BUT THEY DON’T CARE!!!!I AM CALLING MY LAWYER!!! WISH ME LUCK! I!!!

After working with Design Vocals, I am very disappointed with their process, their way of doing business, and their bait and switch tactics. I originally received a cost for a package that seemed to be a good deal. Which included a number of items including: design, logo, domain, hosting for 2 years, and copyrights for all. I have received 2 cost increases after initial payment, and now after 10 months of requesting copyrights, I am being held hostage by the company no providing full permissions to the website they created and a lot of promises which they will do once they received addition

Hired them to do marketing, Google ads, multimedia, ect.
Since I hired them my phone stopped ringing. They keep giving me the run around. I wish I would have seen these reviews 4 months ago thousands of dollars down the drain..

I wish I would have read these reviews before proceeding with them. I hired them to design a simple logo. I was pretty descriptive in my design brief. I wanted a flat, retro-style logo. Muted colors. Even sent stylistic examples. They insisted on calling me rather than working through their online portal - they kept pushing for doing a website, etc. A "design company" that doesn't understand what "muted colors" meant? I had to explain this to them.

What did I get?
A not-flat, not retro, modern looking logo that looked like it came from some kind of clip art template

They deserve 0 starts. I have never complained about a company before, but I felt compelled after my experience with Design Vocals, because of their false claims, and deceptive practices. I hired this company to create a website for my small business, and I was told this company had won various awards and had been the designers for other notable makeup companies. I found out that was a lie. They have never designed such pages. I paid this company more than 2,800 dollars. We had an agreed upon deadline. They didn't create the website for me by that time. The

They tell you you'll have everything you need and when they are finished building your website they tell you oh... you need to pay more for this, that or the other thing JUST to make the website even work. They collected money from me and never completed the work. I have at least 10 emails where they promise me a refund, but have not done it. It has been almost 6 months and i do not get any responses from them. On the last email they actually threaten me for contacting them requesting my refund.
They are thieves do not hire them. I will definitely have my attorney file formal complaints and a potential lawsuit.

Do not use them. They do horrible and slow work. Then try to nickel and dime you for anything else you need. Even though you will be verbally told it's included. They WILL NEVER refund any money. I paid for content on top of my website design and it was not written by a native English speaker. I had to rewrite my content spending hours on it. They refused a refund. I also paid for website maintenance - which they NEVER did any updates after months of my paying for it. Then refused that refund as well. I kicked them off my website 9 months early and went elsewhere. What a terrible experience

Classic bait and switch like the guy Will said. The minute you purchase something the up-selling begins. This company was not up front with me initially. Every step of the way they tried to up sell me on different services. Not very clear on scope of work. My point of contact/account manager was changed more than twice. Initial requests were not applied. Be sure to ask specifically what SEO services they offer. Do not fall for the "3 months of free SEO", this is a sham. Supplied all of the content, logo's etc... took weeks to get a home page that was horrible! And still more up-selling.

Immediately after purchase they wanted to have a custom php site they could manage... constant calls about SEO for the site... hard pressure sales tactics!

On their website they show a bunch of awards from various communities, but if you look up the award they haven't received a single one. All of their names and photos under the "About Us" tab are all stock images that you can use for free. All of the quotes from professional websites are forged. Even their address is fake. It's just a mailbox in CA. They are all working from India. They will swindle every single cent they think they can get out of you. They will never stop asking for more money and will call you day and night

First of all, their listed address: 1340 Reynolds Ave, Suite 116 Num 1018, CA 1018 has many business names but no Design Vocals there.

2nd: Design Vocals is lately created and they used deltadesigndoc before and used the sams address mentioned above

3rd: they also use the following address listed in their contract: 2800 Eisenhower Ave Suite 220 Alexandria, VA22314, I checked and there is no such company

4th: they used other names showing in your credit card like Exploride Group Inc

5th: their actural location showing on the credit card is in Dover DE.

I signed the contract with them in Jan

Bait and switch and games is the MO of this business. I hired them to create a logo for me and paid them in full. They designed a logo and the initial design process went very smoothly--which made me think I had made the right decision to hire these folks. Once the logo was done and it was time for them to deliver the final files to me, I was told that I needed to speak with the "legal department"-curious, I told them fine. A kid calls me and tell me he is from the "legal department" and tells me that I need to register the copyright of the logo before I can use it. As an attorney

We ended up spending thousands of dollars promised all this great stuff to help our company and they did not deliver on anything. It has been months and we have not had a completed website or anything else. We asked for a refund and still nothing. This company is terrible. I recommend anyone else but them. They take so long and you get nothing in return. We ended up going to another company and everything was completed within a few weeks and super happy with the other company
