As professional home inspectors, we strive to properly service our clients. We are certified experts and exceed requirements in identifing a home or building's condition and safety. We are ICA Certified experts and follow the ASHI Scope of Practice. We exceed requirements in identifing a home or building's condition and safety.
Whether you are buying or selling a house, we are here to help you identify any potential defects and safety issues with the property. The typical inspection takes about 2.5 -3 hours which is based on a typical 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. We also use FLIR infrared inspection cameras to detect leaks and insulation problems you can't see with the naked eye.
Our inspectors also use moisture meters to determine if there is high levels of moisture which can cause growth of potentially dangerous molds in the home. Structural and safety hazards, such as mold and decay can be of great concern if the home has moisture intrusion. We can find these conditions using moisture meters which can otherwise be difficult to detect.
Your Home Inspector is specially trained to take Radon testing. The goal of our radon test is to identify the threat of high levels in the home or building and ensure the environment is safe. This involves capturing air samples in the home with a specific electronic sampling device that can show a short term sampling or a long term.
This is considered a Add-on to the existing Home Inspection. There is a extra fee for this service. We offer Water Quality Testing services also which can determine the quality of the water in the home. A water test can determine E. Coli and Coliform that could be in the water. It takes about 48 hrs to have test results.

Daniel did our inspection. He was on time and very thorough. He was at the house for several hours. He went over every detail in the house and answered our questions while he was there. We had the report in 2 days and it was on the weekend.
The inspection was done on a house we are planning on buying, and I called him a few days later to ask questions, and was super helpful. Price was very reasonable.
