I work at the Tulsa Better Business Bureau. It was a job that I wasn't expecting. Sales... That's hard.. Asking people to buy something that most don't even understand. I was scared I wouldn't be good enough for the job. But I learned. Learned what we stand for. What we can do for businesses that are accredited. If you use the tools you are given, the results can be outstanding!
The Better Business Bureau stands for Trust, Honesty, Integrity, and Accountability.
The management team here is extremely supportive. Everyone interacts with each other in a way that just flows. The people that work

Barton Built and Five Star Roofing did an amazing job on my rental property. Went above and beyond to get the job done properly and efficiently. Matt was very knowledgeable and was there every step of the way. I felt the whole experience was hassle free and professional. I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs.

Just a scam artist company that doesn't do what they say. Over charges for services. BBB in the near future will not exist as a company the more people speak out against them in what they do. Do not sign up, do not pay them, do not pay their fines, do not do business with this company if you are a small or even large business. b
BBB is a joke.

If you are looking for a sales role where your contribution is valued you should keep looking. Team members are required to make 100 calls per day in the office while the rest of the staff works from home due to covid. Salespeople are told “don’t touch the thermostat” and “you can’t park in the front” even though management never shows up before 11am, if at all.
Sales is treated like a necessary evil yet the organization loses more clients than they gain every single month and has for years. Nepotism is rampant; the CEO is the VP’s cousin and their operations lead reports to the
