I called as a "potential" new customer wanting to schedule services and was told by Rebecca that Jonathan was the only person that does scheduling. He would have to call me back. The following afternoon I'm still waiting for his call. I call them back and get Rebecca again. When I explain It's been almost 24 hours and I still haven't received a call back, her response was "It's only been 21 hours since you called". Seriously! First electrician I've called that wouldn't schedule you right then. Come to find out Jonathan wasn't even working this

We have hard wired in Lutron shades in our house. We have had difficulty finding people who know how to work on them. Fortunately, i was recommended tom king electric. I have been dealing with tony king who is extremely knowledgeable, responsive and kind. He was able to help us with some tough issues. Jacob is the technician who came out each time to work on the shades. He always does a very good job. We are extremely happy with them.

I called the company due to high recommendations from another site. The receptionist took my information on my project and said the owner would call me back in a day or so. He did not. I called again on Monday, was told he was busy, and would get back with me soon. Now Friday and no response. I understand busy, I understand challenges due to covid, I do not understand being ignored. A quick phone call or email stating that they just can not accept new business right now and maybe a recommendation of who else to call would go a long way towards customer service. Contractors will not always be busy
