Services
North Alabama Internal Medicine, PC was founded in 2005 by Dr. Jeffrey A. Johnson. Dr Johnson relocated to Decatur, Alabama in 2002 after serving in the US Army for 11 years. Dr. Johnson graduated from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1995. After completing his military obligation, he left active duty and moved to North Alabama in early 2002.
