Redemption Motorsports

We spent $5,000 on engine repair and got their warranty. When we brought it back there were issues with the engine and they wouldn't honor their own warranty. They said that because ELECTRICAL work was done on the car at another shop, it wasn't their work that was malfunctioning. Pretty unbelievable.
We were charged storage fee of $25 a day but weren't given notification that our vehicle was done. When we expressed our frustration that we didn't receive any missed calls from them, they didn't want to hear it.

I went there for an inspection and the guys were super friendly! They know their stuff and the do essentially anything in the car world, and they're a race shop which is so hard to find now a days. Fire a car guy, their office is cool too just walk around and look at the AN fittings and nitrous and fuel stuff. Really cool place and really nice guys.

Sam, Jesse, and Daniel were fantastic! They worked me into their insanely busy schedule and I was able to show off my new Ram Air induction on my 1993 Generation 1 SVT Lightning! Although I couldn't get my 19 year old son to drive it because he was afraid of it, thanks Redemption Motorsports! I will be using your business again in the near future!!!

Sam and his team are incredible! They take excellent care of the cars that come into their shop. I’ve visited them many times over the years and they’ve never disappointed. Each time I come away better understanding my car and why each service was necessary. I’ll never take my vehicles to another shop! Staff are kind and helpful, shop is always clean, services are fair and efficient, and the quality is top tier! 12/10 Highly Recommend!

Been to two other shops trying to get a successful dyno on my Stinger GT and had dyno failures at both. These guys were professional and had no issues with the dyno while I was there. Would recommend if you need a reliable DynoJet shop.

Sam and his crew are Top Notch!!! My 98 BMW M3 Sedan had a water pump fail and I did not have the time to fix it. I called Redemption Motorsports because of all the amazing things I have heard about the shop. They got my car in the same day! I then found out that they are an Authorized Mishimoto Dealer and decided that I was just going to replace anything and everything related to my cooling system. They had to order the parts from Mishimoto which only took a few days to get. In the meantime, they kept my car in the shop where it was safe instead of putting it outside like any other shop would

My daughter is going to college in Joplin and needed work done on her car. The car had an error message that even the European dealer service shop in Springfield had not experienced before with her particular model. A friend recommended we check out Redemption Motorsports. I received a call yesterday from Page at Redemption Motorsports who explained the issues and possible solutions. Not only did Page and the shop correctly diagnose and repair the problem, but he was walking me through their whole process over the phone to reassure me and give me peace it mind... he called me this morning to advise

Fakes! They look good on the outside but these guys take advantage of you and corners. They don't really fix the issue and they'll still steal your money with full price charges. Spending almost a $1000 to fix my AC cause they wouldn't do their job the first time.

Sam has literally saved over a month for me. Have a 2009 Chevy 2500HD duramax with only 70K miles on it and it broke down on me. Truck is just now getting broke in and it’s been babied it’s whole life. initially he was well over a week out before he could even take a look at it. Every place I talked to in/around Joplin area was telling me it was at least two weeks before they could even get a chance to possibly look at it. He could tell the urgency in my voice and worked his tail off to get it in and back up too tip-top performance. Thank you redemption Motorsports and I recommend them to anyone
