Literally the worst shop I have ever dealt with.

Could not match the paint on the door of the Jeep to the rest of the Jeep.

They literally damaged my vehicle three times. Literally dented my Jeep. Not to mention they had my vehicle for around two months. They claimed they "forgot they had the vehicle"

I have never heard of a shop doing more damage than when they received the car.

If you want quality work done, go somewhere else. Literally any where else.

They won't do hail damage by the way.

Linda amd Ashley are incredible. Took my car to the dealer and another body shop first and were seriously disappointed in their skills amd service. If you want your car done right the first time, go here and nowhere else. Did I mention how incredible Linda and Ashley are?

Gerber Collision & Glass took very good care of my car and I was very satisfied with the work they did. The main reason I went here was because they are open on the weekend (Saturday: 8am-12pm) and I had to get my car towed to a shop after my accident. I arrived near closing time and Linda took the time to go over the damage on my car and discuss what they were going to do. I had 3 different claims for my car and Linda was able to sort it all out with all the different insurances. I also received a phone call from her every Tuesday and Thursday updating me on my car's status in the shop

My BMW was hit and repaired at Gerber. Linda did an outstanding job with inspecting and communicating the repair time and process.

My car was in the shop for 2 weeks so Linda kept us informed weekly on the progress. They worked with Usaa and I had no issues with the claims process as well.

The entire process was awesome and I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone needing any car repairs. Thank you Linda for your hard work and making sure my car looked like it was never in an accident. Rose

I just had my car repaired at Gerber - Linda was Great ! She kept me informed worked with the insurance company and called me in the morning to tell me the car was ready. There was "no smell" in the office they called me to keep me informed and I'm "real" not a fake review. I would very much recommend them.

I had a bad feeling about this place the first time I walked in to set up an estimate. Although the woman at the front desk was very pleasant, I couldn't understand how she could work in the front office which had an overpowering smell of body odor. Now, this could very well have been a chemical smell from the body shop directly attached. Unfortunately, it was equally strong when I showed up for the actual estimate, and unacceptable as a first impression for customers.

Now we come to the most disappointing part. It is important to note I was a cash pay customer, and they knew this ahead

Just received a quote from Estimator Linda Dickerson. She gave me reasonable prices and even had a employee remove some paint scratches at no charge. Seeing the vehicles coming out its obvious they do a great job.

I have had terrible service here. My service advisor is Linda and she has completely dropped the ball. They don't return phone calls, they leave you on hold extensively and overall are a huge disappointment. I'm on hold as I type this I'm going on 4-1/2 minutes on hold

I was very attracted to this place by their great ratings on Google, however with my recent experience, I question of these reviews are real. I found this place online and called to make an appointment for an appraisal. The appointment was set for October 10, 2017. I brought my car in and Adam (Manager) came out and took pictures on his cell phone of the damage to my vehicle. He asked if it was ok if he emailed me the quote since they were changing out their computers in the office. October 12, no response from Adam, so I called to see what happened. Somehow the pictures of my vehicle were

Seemed like a great place at first with updates twice a week. My car ended up being ready 2 weeks after expected date. The worst part though- they forgot to put antifreeze back in my car, NOT OKAY.

After this years massive hail storm I set up an appointment with Gerber. I spoke to multiple body shops I was happily surprised how quickly they'd be able to get me in (two month wait). When I arrived for my drop off appointment they had lost my insurance information & told me it would be an additional few weeks they would need my vehicle or I could reschedule. I opted to reschedule for Sept, now another few month wait. less then 24 hours prior to my Sept appointment they called to tell me they had to many vehicles in their lot and were going to need to reschedule me again for October

I brought two cars in here, one for dent repair and bumper replacement, one for a few rust spots on the hood and roof.

First, be warned: do not trust the time estimates that they give you here. They said 2 weeks for the paint job- it took 5 full weeks. Every time we asked them for an update, the man we spoke to acted offended and defensive, as if we were being unreasonable (we weren't complaining- just asking, as lacking a car to commute to work we have to organize carpools etc). Jeff was amazing! He took all my information quickly and efficiently and had me in and out of Gerber. He provided wonderful customer service and went above and beyond to update me on timeline and cost.

Unfortunately my car was totaled, however, Jeff talked me through some great options to replace my ford. This is the only place i will take my car to in the future!

Took my car in here after someone side swiped me. They took care of all the rental car information, told me they would have my car fixed within a reasonable time frame and beat the expected finish date. Car was as good as new once I got it back. I think they even cleaned it for me.
I will definitely look to go back here if I ever need auto body repairs again.

Don't Go Anywhere Else!
Crashed my Impreza, this was one of my insurance company's partner shops. State Farm did a great job getting me connected with a shop. Jeff, Dana and Justice made me feel like they valued my business by getting my estimate the same day I brought it in, getting me slotted in for repair quickly, calling me every couple of days to provide updates, BEATING THE COMMITTED COMPLETION DATE BY 5 DAYS, treating me kindly when I was freaking out and addressing my concerns about the all wheel drive. The repair is pretty close to flawless, can't tell there was any damage

This is for the S Colo Blvd location, as well as Gerber as a whole.

WOW!!! AWESOME customer service!!! Jeff at the Colo Blvd location, as well as Traci in the Morrison location are the BEST.

We have a fairly minor hit and run (I know, shocking in Denver, huh?) parking lot ding that caused our front hood to bend a bit, as well as some other cosmetic damage. I made an appt for an estimate at the CO Blvd location, as this is real close to us. Jeff got us an estimate quickly, and mentioned that his location was pretty busy and probably couldn;t get to us before January (estimate was in Oct). But
