We know your vehicle is your 2nd most valuable possession and we strive to make sure it is returned to you in the same condition you brought it to us, (except the broken glass will be fixed!). A LOT has changed in regards to windshield options for vehicles over the years. It used to be easy to figure out, basically it was "Is your windshield shaded across the top or not?"
Newer vehicles are now being equipped with windshield mounted cameras which recognize lane markings and notify the driver when they unintentionally venture out of their lane and may also automatically brake when a frontal collision is imminent. The day is fast approaching when ALL new vehicles will have these features.
We started out as a repair company and when it comes to rock chip repair not all repair systems are equal and experience is everything. We introduced windshield repair to this market and have repaired well over 100,000 rock chips. The quality of our repairs is second to none. Keep your chip as clean & dry as possible for best results until we can fix it.
Usually you are talking to someone that works for a claim service which is a division of a foreign-owned Auto Glass Network. During the phone call they may say things to try to manipulate you into changing your mind about the shop you have chosen and STEER you to one of their own shops.
