Powder Coating does not fade like wet paint and is a very durable and rust resistant coating that can be applied to all metals. Along with rust prevention, powder coated surfaces are more resistant to chipping, scratching, fading than other coatings and finishes. The color selection is virtually unlimited with high and low gloss, matte, metallic, and clear finishes.
Colors stay bright and vibrant longer. Texture selections range from smooth surfaces to wrinkled, matte finish to high gloss, and rough textured designed for hiding surface imperfections which also provides a stronger durability.

Services
The powder coating process uses a solvent free dry mix of plastic resins, pigments and fillers that melt and fuse together when heated. The solid particles of coating are electrostatically charged in a spray gun and carried by low velocity air to the surface of the piece to be coated. The electrostatic charge holds the powder particles in place while the part is cured in a 400-degree oven.

Was recommended Rick’s shop for some engine parts I was looking to get powder coated. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome, absolutely love how the textured black came out. The parts were thoroughly prepped and just feel so fresh. Prices seem fair, was quoted similar price elsewhere. Very happy with Ace powder coating.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Been using Rick for years. Not sure why. He is not pleasant to work with and his powder coating chips and scratches if you look at it wrong. He also makes pricing up in the spot depending on how is he is feeling that day. I will be finding a new powder coater that produces better consistent results and is easier to deal with.
