Had to cancel our trip due to COVID in 2020. When they REFUSED to work with us on the cancelation, we went to our bank and filed a claim. The claim was denied as the Beachy Day claimed they had “worked with us to give us 1 year to use the money”. I said ok.
I called this year, and spoke to Patty? I think that’s her name. The WORST customer service.. it’s like literally talking to Siri. She said she would “ask the accounting department”… 3 weeks pass by, nothing. I call again, “oh, I haven’t heard from them.”…. Ok Patty so what do I do?! “Oh, I’ll ask them again”.
