Services
At Compass Outdoor Adventures, we firmly believe that kids are the heart of every community. And here in the Snoqualmie Valley and our surrounding areas, we've got some really rad kids. That's why we are thrilled to be returning to our roots and launching even MORE kids' programming starting this fall!
With amazing trails, long summer days and epic vistas, our local outdoor adventures will definitely provide lots of conversation around the water cooler the next day. Taking advantage of the winter wonderland just 25 minutes from home base, our winter adventures will get you into a brand new environment with lasting experiences and memories.
Ready for an epic downhill mountain bike ride on a scenic old railroad line? Now, throw in our brand new electric bikes, and you've got even more fun! We'll drive to Snoqualmie Pass in the Cascade Mountains, where we will start our ride. The first section is the 2.1 mile long, pitch black Snoqualmie Tunnel.
Like to end your outdoor adventures with a craft beer? We'll head to Snoqualmie Pass in the Cascade Mountains and start our snowshoe tour at Gold Creek Pond. This scenic, 2 mile hike around Gold Creek Pond is perfect for snowshoers of all levels and provides many photo opportunities. Afterwards we will drive to nearby Dru Bru Brewery to celebrate your winter adventure.
Combining our interactive scavenger hunts with a good cause is always a good idea! Teams will work together to solve challenges, find bike tools, and parts and then build a kids Raleigh Mountain Bike to be donated to Treehouse for Foster Kids. Once built, everyone participates in a mini bike race to help test the product.

We did a Scavenger Hunt and Bike Build with Compass Outdoor Adventures for our team holiday party and it was SO FUN. We were able to get active, explore our neighborhood and do some team building all while laughing the entire time. After the Hunt we helped build bikes to be donated to foster kids. Huge shout out to Compass for showing us a fun time, and helping us do some good for our community!

The 2 hosts did an amazing job with keeping the energy high and being very interactive with all of us. It got some of us out of our shy shell too and we all had a blast.

Positive: Professionalism
Compass staff were able to totally transform how my kids thought about themselves and mountain biking.
They walked away with so much confidence and we're excited for the adventures to come !

Best summer camp experience ever! Looking forward to camp 2021. Appreciate the professionalism and knowledge of the owner, Luke, and all employees.
Update after camp 2021:
Alex Bilyard, camper. Alex says that this camp and the experiences and adventures were perfect! He would not change a thing! His grandmother says Alex came home beat every day but excited to show his crystals and proud of finishing each tough, but fun day. This is Alex's 3rd Compass camp. Alex signed up for Friday Aug. 6th. He just can't get enough!

We've been a part of True North and summer camps for kids, and it has been an amazing experience. My child is gaining experiences she would miss without the opportunities Compass Adventures facilitates!

I was a little worried with my trip to Washington as it was Plan B (Whistler trip canceled)I called numerous places to find the sport equipment that I needed and by sheer luck I stumbled upon Luke from Compass Outdoor Adventure. Luke was super friendly and knowledgeable. He tailored a trip exactly as I wanted and he even allowed me to borrow his bike tailgate pad to transfer my bikes. Luke, thanks a million you made this trip the highlight of the year👍

The staff here are very knowledgeable when it comes to bikes and local trails. They are also super helpful!
It was very easy to book a bike with them online and they met me at the trailhead of Raging River right on time.
I would highly recommend renting from Compass Outdoor Adventures.

I rented a mountain bike to explore the local trails at Duthie Hill and Tiger Mountain for the day while in the area for a work trip. The staff at Compass was super friendly and accommodating, the rental reservation process online was a breeze, and the bike itself was high-quality and well-tuned. It was all ready for me when I picked it up as soon as the shop opened, and all rentals even come with a helmet, backpack, and repair kit. I didn't need to use the service, but they'll even drop off and pick up bikes at the trailhead of your choice. It was a great experience all around!

Compass were so helpful with my MTB rental a few months ago but I've only just gotten around to posting the review though.
I've not done much MTB before so they gave me loads of guidance about what I could do on the trails as a road cyclist.
The meeting at the trail head thing is super useful and at one of the trails they can be pretty flexible with meet times because it's relatively close to the shop.
I believe that it was John who sorted me out one day and someone else the other day.
