I am very satisfied with Kirks professionalism and knowledge of hearing.I have been to other hearing professionals and have left overwhelmed by the sound and price.Kirk took a gentle approach that made me very comfortable.He was very patient in solving a wax problem I had and eventually matched the hearing aid that I needed.As far as price I thought was very fair for the ability to hear again.
