Had an amazing day at Ali'i beach park with our 'ohana (family in an extended sense of the term, including blood-related, adoptive or intentional). Enjoyed a wonderful day at the beach, in the water, great conversations, and good laughing. Sitting here enjoying the sunset at Ala Moana after finishing an excellent Reiki session, the client was so thankful and happy with the session.

The water was really calm and clear, barely any wind and other people enjoying the wonderful day at Kahala. Afterwards we went to Rainbow Drive-Inn just down the road and had some wonderful Mahi Mahi.

In 2004 I received my first and second level attunements in Usui Reiki and in 2015 and 2016 I got attuned and took the first and second level classes again. I have had the pleasure of traveling all over the world doing Reiki. In 2000 I met my husband on an online game, and we have had some amazing adventures together.
It can enhance the body's natural healing ability and help bring peace, relaxation and overall well being. Often people share amazing healing results. Reiki energy is often described as universal life energy or spiritual energy, and is accessed by the practitioner during a treatment. A treatment feels like an amazing caring energy that flows through and around you and may feel like a needed hug.
For distance sessions I prefer you to be in a comfortable place, be open and set your intentions for what you want. The Reiki will work regardless, but I know from experience being in a relaxed state and open to the universal energy will improve the outcome. Normally a session lasts about an hour, it may slightly more or less depending on what the Reiki wants.
