I am 8.5 months pregnant and I wanted to get the house cleaned before our baby arrived. Vicky came to my house to do an estimate the day after I called her. I am a property manager in San Francisco began use House Pals to clean vacant apartments before putting them on the market. I've been using them for a couple years now and am consistently happy with their service. I can easily schedule work on the phone and they'll come to my office to pick up the key, very convenient and stress free for me! Whether its a quick, light dusting that is needed, or an apartment that has been trashed when a tenant moves out, they do not disappointment me. They are my "go-to" vendor whenever I have a vacancy.

I didn't even get a chance to rate this company's services, because they couldn't bother to get back to me. I left a voicemail and sent an email message via their site, and when I didn't hear back I called them after two days. The person I got on the phone was not very nice or accommodating, but said she'd get back to me within the hour about my questions re: my need for different hours given my schedule. I never heard back. Moving on!

I've been using House Pals for over 10 years. They do a nice job of cleaning the place at a fair price. They tend to keep the same workers for many years - a sure sign that they treat them decently, unlike a lot of other services. And I really appreciate that I don't have a succession of strange faces coming into my house like many of the other services with high employee turnover.
