Karen is wonderful to work with. Initially we were exploring possibilities in Sequim and not quite ready to invest. She sent us links to properties and was answered our many questions quickly. When we were in town (we live out of state), she spent a day with us, walking through properties, visiting parts of the community of interest to us (including a favorite local farmer's market to pick up tasty things), and left us feeling quite "at home." I had eight real estate agents so far as a buyer and seller in my lifetime. Karen is one of the best ones as far as communication, friendliness, following up through and property knowledge. Real estate in this area is currently very popular. A home nearby got sold within two days after being seen. I highly recommend Karen for your real estate purchases and investments.
