We're the leader in trailer manufacturing and innovation because we give details the attention they deserve. From welded tube frames to patented fold-down rails, we push the boundaries of functionality and quality in every Karavan product. Our all-plug sealed system is concealed and fully grounded; no exposed wires, no grounding to frame, no Scotchloks.

From scale removal that creates a clean steel surface to ovens that slowly bake on our powder coating, our finishing process ensures superior durability. Components like nylon double bushing springs and tensioner latches help us eliminate the squeaks and rattles common with most trailers. Welded tubular frames, adjustable axles, A-frame tongues and wood planking give our trailers best-in-class road handling.

Happy with the trailer itself. but the latches are absolutely terrible. Nuts and bolts fall off at will and now the metal latch that holds the ramp tight has broken off second latch. I am using ratchet straps to hold ramp in place while traveling. Anyone have a better piece of equipment that will last on these things? Like I said, the trailer is otherwise well built.

Had great customer service on two recent orders. Dealt with Tiffany both times and she answered all my questions and had to reach out to the engineers about a particular part and called me back almost immediately. She could not have done a better job start to finish and the parts shipped the next day. More than satisfied!

I thought I would write a review of my good experience since there were a lot of bad ones on here. I bought my trailer at a farm supply in Washington, MO. I have been extremely pleased with it. I wanted to get a spare tire and carrier for it, and had some questions about an available tie down kit I saw mentioned on a drawing of the trailer I downloaded from their website. I called right when they opened up and I wasn't even on hold for 1 minute. A nice woman named Tiffany helped me. She needed to research some things so she took my email and phone number. She emailed me just a couple hours later

Starting off, the 6x12ft folding side trailer was the perfect design for my ATV’s. Until, it was followed by a bending frame In front of the leaf spring hanger. Appears to have been damaged during shipping and they created a weak spot. I have my claim was excepted with Karavan and a replacement was to be sent out. This was back on May 18. After almost a month of run around, a new one was being sent out on June 11th, so they said. It’s now July 9th and still no trailer, no name or number of where it’s being sent and still no ETA from Karavan. Every email is responded with a vague answer of

I called in looking for assistance finding the VIN number for my trailer that I recently purchased. The VIN had been completely worn off making it impossible to see. Tiffany, a customer service rep, was extremely patient and helpful with working to get me a replacement VIN tag.

Along with what I believe are the best trailers for the dollar their customer service is way above and beyond. I had recently been looking for a utility trailer in the 4x8 range from used sites like let go, craigslist and Facebook marketplace only to find beat up pieces of junk in the $1000 range. I just happened to be at Sam's club and noticed trailers out in the parking lot. I looked at them and found a 6x10 with a loading gate, fold down or removable sides, good hardware and extremely well built for under $1400. I recently had to replace a tail light that I had damaged. I called them and the

I own a Karavan Classic boat trailer. Just discovered the bearings need to be replaced. Called the company in Fox lake 4 times during business hours and never had a person answer the phone. Kept being told by their mechanical chatter box what a great service company they are, be patient and they would be right with me,REALLY!! Twice I was dumped into somebody’s voice mail after and extended wait and then cut off. Twice I was just cut off. Great customer service- NOT. Think twice about purchasing their product, if this is how they take care of their customers I hate to think how they treat their

Had an outer bearing disintegrate and ended up replacing the axle, because the spindle was chewed up. I called Karavan technical service. He gave me the replacement part number after I gave him the VIN. OEM at a great price and outstanding customer service!

I purchase the 5x10 trailer from home depot, love the design concept on the rails, tilt out for loading. purchase a 60" tool box and soon realized it doesn't fit. the tubing on the rails are offset inwards, only has 59" of clearance. The design doesn't allow you to reverse rails. Dumbest thing ever! Had to return tool box and purchase a smaller one.

Junk trailer, bought a 6 x 12 at Fleet farm a little over a year ago with less that 7,000 miles and the tires are worn on the sides not in the center. After looking at the axel it is bowed. Karavan does not respond back on warranty claim, they know it is junk. Should get 20,000 to 30,000 miles on the tires. Too bad they do not have 0 stars as that is what they deserve.
