Up until the last visit I would have given this place a better rating, I was more than 10 minutes early for my 920 appt. I was called back to the exam room at 945. It is now 1052 and still no doctor. I asked the nurse and she assured me I would be next. The Dr has been into 2 or 3 other rooms and still no Dr. My time is valuable to me just like their is.

Family member went with foot pain after first appointment she was prescribed a medical boot. They were out of her size and we had to go to a pharmacy and get one. At the next visit the "dr" asked if her foot still hurt. The answer was yes and they advised that they had to get approved for insurance to do an MRI. That was the extent of the visit. When she was leaving they tried to charge her for the boot we bought somewhere else. We waited over a week and called and asked what the deal was and the later advised that insurance denied the MRI and wanted her to do 2 weeks PT and they would

Wow, what a great place. Completed the history & patient info on line prior to my 1st visit. Appt this morning @ 8 and was in the examination room by 8:02. no long wait. Dr. Neilson was very professional and had a great bedside manner. Highly recommend this place if you are in need of orthopedic care---hopefully you will not, but if you do this is the place.
