My focus is to help you regain control and return to the life you want. I achieve this through consultation, diagnosis, medication management, listening to your concerns, and helping you to develop a treatment plan that fits your life. I specialize in helping people conquer a variety of mental health conditions, including treatment resistant depression & anxiety, mood disorders and ADHD.

I will be professional and confidential and I aspire to help you grow and move forward to where you want to be. I have experience and training as both a physician and a psychotherapist and understand the complicated nature of mental health including the role of biology and epigenetics. I graduated from New York University School of Medicine in 1981 and I have worked for school systems, clinics and hospitals.
