I was impressed that he got a notification about a traffic issue from his NYC office and changed the route to make sure I was able to get to the airport on time. The car was spotless and very comfortable. Fare was exactly as quoted online.

When you were actually able to get into the vehicle the driver was great. Our wedding had to take a screeching halt because the other driver had to “be somewhere else” we were taking pictures and the driver just pulled off. We had to leave from the church to our venue with the groomsmen and bridesmaids in the same bus. That was not the plan, the bride and groom ride together to their venue. We paid a lot of money and felt ripped off. That was not fair, it did not ruin the wedding but definitely threw an unnecessary wrench in it. Would not recommend to anyone.

Excellent service, responsible team, friendly drivers, noticed they don't use phones while driving, no speeding. From the moment I booked online, follow up with no nuance, pick up on time, requested coffee ahead of time, was ready for my long morning ride to the airport, variety of options for vehicles-- loaded Mercedes gl with supple heated seats to tesla model x, now I've introduced my company to the Collado services for business airport rides from Chester county to Newark, NYC(JFK) , and Philadelphia. This place does not want your business. Somehow getting a company to send you a quote for their services is too much to ask.
Prices were reasonable when we spoke on the phone, but I had to call 4 times just to try and get them to email me, which never happened. They told me to email them, their customer service is one of the worst in the area I've seen in a long time. In the end, I'm glad I'm not giving them any of my money.

I used Collado recently for a round trip to and from JFK. I couldn't have asked for better service! The car arrived on time, both driver and car were clean and professional. My driver, Eudy, was helpful, very friendly to talk with, and conducted himself with courtesy & professionalism at all times. The return trip was just as perfect. I can't recommend them highly enough! Extremely satisfied and will definitely use them again for any future needs!

Best limo service in the area! Beyond satisfied! My daughter attends Lafayette College, and as a freshman is not allowed to have a car on campus. She had a health scare and I wanted her to go to the hospital. I called Bobby and he had a car at the campus in 5 minutes. His prompt service gave me peace of mind. I would strongly recommend that you reconsider before booking this limo service. I was very impressed when I contacted them initially. I received confirmation e-mails regarding my service dates but that was where the service ended. There was no contact the day before my trip letting me know who the driver was. My return trip was even worse. When I made my reservation I explained that I had difficulty walking and would be traveling by myself with my two young grandsons so I needed someone who would be on time and could help with our luggage. I reserved a Mercedes Sprinter for my wedding. The online reservation process was quick and easy. The customer service rep was helpful. The Sprinter was the perfect size for my party of 11. The van was perfectly set up with soda, juice, ice and glasses. The sound system was excellent. The driver was on time and helpful. We had an excellent time. Perfect rental. We used Collado for service from the Lehigh Valley to Newark Airport with pickup a week later. The price was amazing, and the whole process was so easy. We were kept in touch the whole time via email and/or text, even when being picked up a week later. There were five of us and a Mercedes Benz Spinner picked us up on time at 2am. We were thrilled! The ride home we were a little squishy in the Mercedes SUV that got us. The driver Bob was very nice and polite. I would recommend them with no problem.
