I took my 2019 bmw 3 series to colortech with minor fender damage. The estimate and what I paid for was new replacement parts. I picked up the car and after looking at it more realized it had massive panel gaps and multiple issues with the paint for example: fisheyes, different color, and different color metallic flake. I then took it back to them giving them a second chance to fix their mistakes. The shop manager Robbie told me they repaired the parts not replace them (I paid for replacement). I asked for the difference to be refunded and they refused. They took it back in and caused more damage

Another 5 star review! Front bumper replacement (including paint) on an Azera, plus some trim replacement. Fair estimate with both quality and timely workmanship. I have taken two cars here for minor body repairs. On my 2014 Mustang GT the rear trunk panel clear coat was coming off where one would grab the trunk to close it. They did an excellent job on respraying it. They also did paintless dent repair on a door ding, and it was not noticeable even in bright sunlight. On my 2019 they removed the front license plate screwed into the plastic and resprayed the front bumper. I would swear it looks factory fresh. Highly recommended.

My experience at Colortech minor collision was one of the best I had in the auto industry. Robbie manager was Great to work with, flexible, on time and Great work. A couple of months after the repair I had a minor problem. Thinking it would take awhile I came in when I had time, 10 minutes later I was out the door. No appointment was made.

ColorTech did an amazing job with my Volvo. My daughter accidentally backed into my husband's truck in our driveway. I received one estimate from a competitor for $1,000. I decided to drop by ColorTech and am so glad I did. They told me that the damage was only minor paint repair and that nothing was broken underneath like the previous quote said. After receiving hail damage while my car was at the dealership, I was directed to colortech by the dealership since they use bmw certified parts. This was an unfortunate mistake to use colortech to repair the hail damage. While they did repair the hail damage, they also failed to properly reinstall the rubber trim around the doors and left my car with broken hood struts and refused to fix them even though they were working properly before taking it in. If you have a car you care about, do not take it to colortech.

Color Tech is the place to take your vehicle for minor collision repairs! They are honest, extremely professional, and kind people! I needed to repair or replace my bumper. Other quotes were extremely high. Color Tech not only repaired it , but also replaced my fog light, which I hadn't noticed was busted, for an awesome affordable price! We got several estimates on repairing the rear of our Honda van. ColorTech was the only shop who tried to find a used rear to save money on the repair. They also ordered the part and called when it was in so they only kept the car a day! They even popped out a dent in the bumper and tacked up the rain shield under the car that had come loose. Great service at a fair price.
