Phoned to get a cab from Tex Ren Fest back to Tomball at about 8pm. Awful customer service from the call handler. I understood the need to prepay for cab but did not care for the call handler's attitude when I enquired how long the wait would be...very vague and then when I complained, he literally said 'do you want the car or not?'
We later found out that this company uses a call center in India/Pakistan (can't remember which), do they should really train this call center in how to handle customers.
We were also told by other people that this company has a very bad reputation

Expensive and takes forever.
For a 15 minute cab ride it cost $104. I was told they would pick me up in 20-30 minutes and it took over an hour! I was not comfortable with how the driver was driving, he seemed like he was on drugs. He made inappropriate conversation. They refuse to give us any sort of refund or listen to what we have to say. Awful customer service. Do not use!!!! I should've walked instead!

RUDE Customer service!! I called to inquire and set up monthly service for my daughters transportation to work for approximately 1month, and as the CS Rep took our address he cut me off informing me they dont provide monthly contracts abruptly after asking for my address. I asked him to speak with a supervisor he stated that he didn't have one. So I asked him what did he think a contract was and he stated that I would get service and pay at thr end of the month. I informed him that in my experience as I have had this type of servicing in the past with several other companies. He then asked

I have not used this taxi service; however, I have had a negative experience with them:
On Tue, Dec 15, 2015, at approx 5:18pm, my daughter, myself, and my 7 month old granddaughter were in our car, sitting at a red light on Louetta getting ready to turn right onto FM 249. A Tomball Cab driver was directly behind us and tapped his horn for us to go ahead and turn even though traffic was approaching the intersection. While we are FULLY AWARE that we can "Right turn on Red" - we are not about to be rude - NOR - are we going to ENDANGER THE LIFE AND SAFETY OF OUR 7 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER
