Absolutely would recommend Annie's Taxi! We had a group of 6 that needed transportation and our driver was amazing! I'm sorry we forgot his name but he told us a hilarious duck story that we're still laughing about. He picked us up multiple times and put up with a lot of shenanigans. He truly made our night enjoyable and fun in a town we weren't familiar with.

Annies didnt listen to instructions and took me on a longer route to scam a few bucks, "missing" turns. Didn't want to make a big deal since it was early but this left me less than satisfied. Next time they should follow instructions don't act like you're new to the area.

During COVID 2020 unfortunately was when my now Husband and I were scheduled to get married and that made things challenging for all couples, venues, and vendors...Annie’s Taxi’s website advertises party/ event shuttle services which I called the phone number and booked for our wedding party of about 20 people for our wedding day...I was completely misled by both the website and by Andrew, that I booked these services with because Never did he tell me that this was NOT a shuttle. The taxi driver came in the lobby and chewed out the hotel clerk for times when they've called Uber for guests, and told him that Uber isn't reliable at all and people are having loads of trouble with the service and that they don't show up when called. What he didn't disclose is that he is registered with Uber as a driver - I know because I had the Uber app open and I watched him drive up to the hotel on it. He then proceeded to charge me $20 for a four-minute ride down the highway to the bus station, saying because it's early, the fare is higher. No meter in the car so

We called and the dispatcher quoted us 2.60 per mile. The person who picked us up then told us that it was $25 more than that, and if we wanted we could "take an Uber", and that he was giving us a "deal." The cab dispatcher also told us that there would be space for all of us in the cab, and there was not. Unethical, scummy, price-gouging practices. Avoid.

I was in a pinch with my car getting stuck in the driveway thanks to blizzard. Lyft and Uber weren't responding and other cabs were busy. My guy picked me up within 20 minutes of my call and even gave me a heads up that he was 5 minutes away. I was able to get to work on time too. Only complaint was I thought a $50 fare seemed a little steep to drive from Portsmouth to Dover during the morning rush. Would take again

Wouldn't recommend. Not only does no one answer the phone, but if you do happen to get in one of these cabs that's idling out front of a downtown business, be prepared to pay an absurd amount of money. My total charge was $21 to go 4 miles max! I have taken 10 mile trips in Boston for about this much. Get it together.

Started calling around, got Market Square Taxi. Dispatcher says, "Oh yeah, Annie's just called and asked us to pick up your group." They were there in less than 5 mins.
On the way to destination, say the Annie's taxi parked at home.

The worst. Do not use. They were supposed to pick me up at a pre arranged time. Waited outside on a bitter cold day. At set time they did not show. Called and they said the car broke down and we're looking for alternates. Missed my bus to the airport and had to take a car service for an extra $100. They never called anything. Only excuses on the phone.

Tony, the driver was extremely rude, shut the meter off within the first 3 miles, insulted my friend and I about not knowing how much a taxi cost, when I have a perfectly stable job and can afford a taxi ride. We scheduled Annie's taxi in advance but academy taxi picked us up instead. He charged us 40 dollars when it should have been 30. He also disrespected us. I will never take Annie's taxi ever again, I would rather walk than be utterly disrespected, humiliated and stereotyped by academy/Annie's taxi ever again.

I was visiting friends in kittery and we called a cab to the motel I was staying in. We got in and the cab driver immediately began travelling in the wrong direction from the destination we requested. As he was a resident of the area, he called the driver out on it. The driver immediately became confrontational, telling us not to tell him how to do his job. We asked him to drop us off back at the motel. My driver from Annie's Taxi was very friendly - using the service was easy. I was sort of afraid that hiring a taxi outside of the city was going to be sketchy, but it definitely wasn't. It was a lot more expensive than using a taxi in Boston, but.. c'est la vie. Cheaper than renting a car and much safer than making my grandma drive in the rain/snow!

They rip off people
This morning i took a taxi from 800 islington st in portsmouth to Barnes and noble in portsmouth so I ended up paying $11. Then on my way I had to take Annie's taxi because the other company referred me to them and the driver brought me to the same location but this time I ended up paying $17. What a rip off. Last time I took the same taxi company but this time the driver was angry from me because I called him six times till he answered and he was cursing on the road on the way other people drive and was speeding.

This service is wonderful. My boyfriend, best friend and I were in Kittery for a wedding. We took the C&J bus to Portsmouth, NH from Boston Airport. When we got to the C&J there was another company can waiting. We took it before knowing about Annie's. This company ended up charging us $26 for a 10 min can ride to the Days Inn. Totally talked trash about the hotel we were staying in, saying it was a dump. I can't remember the name of the company but it was not a good experience. In Saturday we ended up getting a cab from the wedding reception back to the hotel and we called Annie

Pros: Easy booking process, friendly driver, clean cab. Cons: said they'd text me when cab was at front door of hotel but didn't. Ended up calling me on my phone as we were heading to lobby to see if the cab was out front. Said they take credit cards when I booked but the driver seemed to know nothing about it. She said she'd take us to an ATM but we ended up having enough cash. A few seemingly convenience items mentioned at booking didn't work out so convenient. Wouldn't stop us from booking again, and making sure we have cash on us which is rare.
