We had a challenging project, installing a gas line in an situation involving difficult access and modifications at several points. Central promptly scheduled a site visit, and Darrel P. responded punctually, and gave us a clear explanation of the work required, along with an estimate of time and cost. We agreed, and Darrel's performance exceeded expectations: textbook professionalism on display with the results we wanted on time, no surprises. As with Central's response to our central air conditioning problem a couple of summers ago, we unreservedly recommend them for their top quality and service
