Ownership of Beacon Home Care is shared by Executive Partners, Tamara L. Weber, RN, MSN and Kimberly A. Hibbard, RN, BSN. Together we have over seventy years of nursing experience in hospital and home care settings. Home care is available for every stage of life from newborns to care of the dying. It can be provided following hospitalization or chosen as an alternative to an inpatient hospital stay.
Our multi-disciplinary team includes Mental Health nursing and Medical Social Work to specifically address the multiple and complex needs of the patient, family, and their caregivers. Working together in home care since 1994, we had a vision to create an agency that would provide a high quality of care, employ exceptional staff, and make services available to anyone who had a need.

Services
Home care is available for every stage of life from newborns to care of the dying. It can be provided following hospitalization or chosen as an alternative to an inpatient hospital stay. Many treatments traditionally done in the hospital setting may now be completed at home where the patient is the most comfortable and recovers most effectively.
According to the Alzheimer's Association, someone in the United States develops Alzheimer's every 67 seconds. It is the only cause of death among the top 10 in America that cannot be prevented, cured, or slowed. This disease presents serious challenges to the patient and caregivers throughout its progression.
