When our principal attorney, Larry Goldberg, founded our firm in 1967, he established the high standards of professionalism, client service, and plain hard work that all members of our legal team adhere to today. Before becoming an attorney. Larry was a Hospital Administrative Officer in the U.S. Army's Medical Service Corps. In that role, he realized that helping people with serious medical concerns was his calling. Now, Larry is recognized throughout Chester County as a leading personal injury litigator. Larry, a Penn State and Villanova Law School graduate, has long been recognized by members of our community as one of its leading personal injury litigators. He has practiced in Pennsylvania and in the Federal Court system since 1967. Larry was an officer in the U.S. Army and served as a Hospital Administrative Officer in the Medical Service Corps.
Joel Goldberg has been a litigation attorney at our firm for the past seven years. As the son of our firm's founder Larry Goldberg, one of the Philadelphia area's preeminent trial attorneys, Joel grew up witnessing his father's dedication and the tireless efforts required to successfully protect the rights of our injured community members.
Chad Maloney is an experienced and accomplished litigator with a passion for helping others. He joined Goldberg, Goldberg & Maloney following a distinguished career as a prosecutor for the United States Marine Corps and the Chester County District Attorney's Office. While a prosecutor, Chad tried more than 25 jury trials as lead counsel, including cases involving murder, rape, robbery, and high value theft.
