McCone County Health Center, a non-profit organization, is a frontier Critical Access Hospital (CAH) and clinic in Circle, Montana that provides healthcare services to our community and surrounding areas. MCHC is owned by McCone County. McCone County is located in a remote section of Eastern Montana.
Critical Access Hospital (CAH): Licensed as a 25 Swingbed CAH. MCHC doesn't prefer to use more than 21 swingbeds for our long-term care residents so swingbeds are available for acute and skilled patients. MCHC also has 2 Observation beds. McCone Clinic: Open Monday through Friday, except on holidays.
