Services
At North Shore Gymnastics Association, it is our purpose to acquaint children at all levels of physical ability, potential and growth with the sport of gymnastics in an atmosphere of safe, fun, positive learning and to help each child develop gymnastics skills, good sportsmanship and self-discipline.
North Shore Gymnastics Association is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization. We rely on your donations to keep providing quality gymnastics instruction. Your donation goes towards new equipment, coach training, and updates of our state-of-the-art facility. This 30 minute class teaches basic gymnastics skills such as forward rolls, swinging, hanging, jumping and more! This class teaches basic gymnastics skills such as forward rolls, swinging, hanging, jumping and more! As a parent assisted class, we also work on gaining independence for those students who are close to turning three to prepare them for a class without a parent.
Our recreational classes help each child achieve their potential in a safe and positive learning environment. Our classes are based on skill progressions which use each skill as a building block to a more advanced skill. As gymnasts master one set of skills, they are challenged with a new set of skills to keep them engaged and further their development.
To move uninterrupted through an environment or series of obstacles with fluidity, prowess, and stealth. To use combinations of skillful spins, rolls, flips, jumps, and kicks to elude an opponent. Our Ninja training program will combine military style obstacle courses to develop strength and speed, gymnastics tumbling, and 'ninja' style moves just like what you would see in a video game or in the movies!

We love North Shore Gymnastics. All 3 of my girls started when they were toddlers. Now they are 11, 13, and 16 and are ALL 3 still involved in the program in one way or another today. They have done rec classes, team competitive program and my oldest now coaches! It's a great place to work too! This is our 2nd home.

We have been at North Shore for almost a year and a half now and we have nothing but great things to say! It did not take my daughter long to start calling North Shore her second home. Which really is amazing since she came from another gym and did not know anyone when she decided to start a new journey in this crazy sport that she has so much passion for!
The Coaches are amazing. They know the sport and they know how to keep the girls safe. They push the girls to their full potential. They encourage them and understand them. They have made an impact on my daughter and for that I am grateful.

North Shore is our home away from home for our competitive team gymnast, and now our two preschool aged gymnasts! The coaches are encouraging, positive and make each practice fun at any level. They care about each gymnast's personal growth as well as their development in the sport. We would highly recommend NSGA!
