I shipped them my wedding dress and my then fiancé’s suit from Texas because we were getting married in Oregon. They were able to steam my wedding dress and dry clean his suit in less than a week for our wedding, all for under $50. To say I was nervous and apprehensive to ship my wedding dress to a dry cleaning store I had never used before is an understatement, but they were highly capable and professional! The dress came out beautiful and my husband’s suit looked great too!

I feel guilty for not writing my review earlier. I always go to them, but sadly moved out of state. Here's a story. I was down on my luck and had just lost my job. I needed to apply for new jobs so I dug out of my closet an outfit I could use and it was wrinkled bad. I don't know how to iron, so Parkway it was! This location is very convenient for me when I drop and pick up. The staffs are super friendly and very helpful. I have confidence when I drop off my wool coat and scarves. They do alternation which is reasonable price too. When my friends are searching for a dry cleaner, I recommend this place for good workman ship.

This place is exceptional. I am in maybe twice a month and the two managers remember my name each time. I have had only a few things that they couldn't clean (I am messy at times, not their fault!) and they did not charge me for those items. They know their stuff and I trust them with my fragile vintage items and treasured sweaters. Best of all, they have a generous punch card to save money. I also gave utilized their excellent seamstress for everything from zipper replacement to sweater and wool blanket repairs to hemming curtains. It's always perfect and surprisingly affordable.

We were in Portland for a few days and dropped off clothes on a Monday night. Promised to be ready on Wednesday morning by 7 am. On a whim we stopped by just before closing on Tuesday to see if the cleaning might be ready early. It was not. However, the wonderful employee at the front desk offered to fold the shirts right then so we didn't have to come back the next day.

Recently the 2 dresses I have brought in to either get altered or laundred have not been done. I had 1 dress there for a month that they forgot about and it wasn't done in time for a wedding I was attending. I didn't even receive a courtesy call. The scond dress dress has now been there 3 weeks and I went to pick up my dress and they lost the sash. They may be close to my house but we will probably not use them again after this last experience.

This place is a little further into Beaverton, but since I hadn't found a "go to" dry cleaner in the West Hills neighborhood I decided to give them a try. I found the prices are much more reasonable than some of the other cleaners in the West Hills Neighborhood, and since I have a considerable amount of work attire that I prefer to dry clean, it's nice to find a place that has reasonable prices for pants and blazers. The pants I just picked up are nicely pressed with a good crease and adequate starch.

Awesome! I have never used them nor heard of them until recently I new I had to drive from the coast to an appointment near Parkway Cleaners.
Where I live there is no commercial or reliable dry cleaner.
I mailed them 5 sweaters with a hand written note that said, "Dry clean these please I will pick them up next week".
I showed up more than a week later unannounced just minutes after they opened for business.
I was greeted, "Good morning, how can I help you".
I replied simply, "I mailed you some sweaters".
She said, "Yes, they are right here".
They were sitting on the counter in the front

I already loved Parkway for their dry cleaning, but now I'm sold on their alterations too. I took them a cycling windbreaker with a missing zipper (teeth were still attached, but pull tab, etc was missing). They thought they would be able to replace the pull tab, but later discovered the entire zipper would need to be replaced. They purchased a special zipper to match those on the pockets, an unexpected expense, and the jacket now looks as good as new. Not only that, they discounted my bill because the repair was more than they had originally quoted. I am very happy both with their service

Very happy with this service. Dry cleaning used to be a difficult process but these guys show up twice a week to my office like clockwork. They're personable and friendly, but get in/out very quickly. One time they kept my pants for an extended period of time and at first I was disappointed.. but then they explained that they were working on a stain that was particularly difficult to remove. I received them back the next visit in perfect condition.
