A CO2 needleless injector used in the Medical Industry to give flu shots. The part is machined on a 4-axis horizontal mill out of aluminum, anodized, painted and silk screened. I have worked with Portland Precision many times and would give them 5 Stars... They have complete turnkey precision machining, turning and assembly capabilities, and manufacture your parts and components to your specs. I have found them to excel at machining the more difficult or complex parts out of the more exotic materials. Excellent Quality control, great customer service and always on-time. A great Company to work with, from top management down to the machinists in the shop.
