Linden Lofts was constructed between 1892 and 1932. The facility originally operated as a wagon and gear factory. Today the property has been repurposed to a three building, 74 unit, apartment complex each with their own unique design. The buildings at Linden Lofts have been placed on the Pennsylvania Inventory of Historic Places and the National Registry of Historic Places.
Monarch Mills was built in 1900. It was formerly known as Blue Bird Silk Mill and operated as a silk manufacturing facility. The building is located in the desirable Avenues neighborhood of northwest York. Yohn Property Management acquired the property in 2006, and renovated it over a two year period.
The Central School Apartments are located in the original Central High School building located directly next door to the York City Police department. The school was converted to apartments retaining the building's original architectural features with large staircases, wide corridors, high ceilings and hardwood floors.
North Shippen Place was constructed in the early 1800's as a tobacco warehouse. The three buildings were converted to condominiums in 1981. The restoration preserved many original exterior and interior features characteristic of the time. Among these are exposed wood beams, red brick walls, and hardwood floors.
Originally opened in 1888 as Bear's Department Store, the site has undergone many changes over the years. Purchased by Yohn Property Management in 2015, this unique property has been redeveloped as a commercial and residential community. The One West development includes People's Bank, Iron Horse Restaurant, Subway, 20,000 square feet of retail and office space, 50 residential units, and an underground parking garage for our residents.

Jenny was absolutely amazing! She was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and understanding as we toured the Linden Lofts. My girlfriend and I likely would've rented at one of their properties had we not decided to move to Maryland. Yohn Property Management is very responsive and helpful. Don't be afraid to reach out to them for any questions or inquiries. You won't be disappointed!

One star for the moving out experience. I absolutely enjoyed my one-year lease with Yohn Property.
The moving out experience, specifically the refund of deposit, was an experience of nightmare. It was extremely hard to communicate with Graham Will, who assisted with the refund of deposit.
I was charged for the oil splash in the kitchen area. The oil splash in the kitchen was an issue I addressed with three staff from their team months ago before I moved out. There was maintenance request record as well as phone calls. All three staff assured me no charge would occur when move out for the kitchen
