Went in for a front end and fender repair .
Pros :
- front end and fender is perfect you could never tell ! Super thankful .
- done in 4 days
Cons :
-expensive ! (You get what you pay for) and with that being said I don’t appreciate the paint chip that was left on my back door . I know it was never there because my vehicle has only been out the dealership for 1 week and 6 days . And it’s a HUGE inconvenience to have to take it back . Happy but bummed. Wanted it in perfect condition . They need to be more careful .

The staff here is literally amazing! I ripped the bumper off of my car backing out of a parking space, and the staff went above and beyond to help me out. I couldn't get the bumper into my own car and an employee graciously picked it up on his way into work. 10/10 would reccomend. I cant speak highly enough of the staff and team! Work was quick and done well. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

This is the only shop I go to when my car needs work. They do a great job every time, have never had a complaint with their work and are very professional. The owner cares a lot about the quality of work that’s coming from his shop and I’m grateful for someone who sincerely cares about the happiness of the customers. Would recommend time and again

I have a hat to use the services of B. and Kc collision several times in the past year. Not only was there service prompt and affordable but they were very professional and they were explained exactly what needed to be done and how the cost levels out with labor and parts. They returned both of my vehicles in pristine condition Much better than they were before. They are mini collision shops but there’s only one B. and K.

First and foremost if I could give this shop a million stars I would. I unfortunately was T-boned in my literal brand new 2021 F-150 2 weeks after I rolled this beauty off the lot. The truck was towed to B&K collision from the scene. Honestly I was a little hesitant at first, only for the fact that I have never had any work done on my vehicles outside of the dealership ever. I spoke with Brad at the shop who was very friendly and professional. He gave me the full details of the repairs and how long it would take. I was able to get a rental through them which was better. My front bumper cover, headlamps, grill and fog lights all had to be replace. All the under plastic part fell off due to the parts of the bumper cover messing.

Got into a collision where my entire front and radiator was damaged and my insurance company did not cover the damage. I called Brad (owner) and worked with Bill who worked on getting my car fixed in a week. Really impressed with the work they have done and the car drives great! Definitely recommend them

Rudest people ever. Yelling at us to get out they are done with our car. Am complaining to BBB also. We stopped in to pick up a paint sample to fix a paint job they botched up. Took over 3 weeks and two trips there to get the paint,
We have had problems with back lights on the car not working since the day we picked the car up. They replaced a rear light on the car but claim they did not touch the lights. Will not talk to us, they only yell at customers. There is no negative star ratings for this site, to bad.
