I had ordered some shot glasses to be customized. After Amazon delivered them to where I was getting them customized, 4 of them were broken due to the horrible packing job on Amazon’s part. Once they were finished, they were shipped out of San Cap Pak-N-Ship. They were packed so well and arrived back to NJ all in one piece. They were as snug as a bug in a rug. I’m pretty sure you could’ve thrown them off of the Empire State Building and not even have a hairline crack in one of them. Thanks SanCap Pak-N-Ship you saved me from having to buy another set of shot glasses all over again!

We came down to Sanibel and just as we were about to leave we had realized we over did it on the purchases and did not know what to do. We luckily heard about the San Cap Pak-n-Ship and we rushed over to see what we could do about shipping some stuff back home. The owner and the staff were amazing and helped us to pack and ship all of our extra stuff back. We were so impressed with everything that there is no question who is the best in the area and who will make sure all your items make it back in the absolutely best condition possible. Can't recommend a better place!

We have wintered on the island for 30 years.....which means a TON of shipping back and forth. This store, is without doubt, THE BEST on the Island. HANDS DOWN. Dustin, the new owner, is a mega worker who is into details. Details. Details. The store is IMPECCABLE. Organized. Clean and even carries office supplies and, you guessed it, packing stuff.
If you are a BUBBLE ROOM CAKE LOVER they will, even, ship you out a cake. They will drive down to the BUBBLE ROOM, pick up the cake and then Ship you out all the fond memories that you remembered while on the island.

We didn’t get the name of the gentleman that helped us but we had a fragile glass package and fishing rods to ship back to Boston. He went above and beyond to make sure we received all fragile items. When we received them the were packaged with care and in perfect shape! He even accommodated our schedule. Thank you SanCap!

I paid $60 to have SanCap Pak-N-Ship send my shells back home, and they arrived unpadded and smashed to smithereens!
I am angry beyond belief at the absolutely HORRIBLE job that SanCap Pak-N-Ship did for my wife and I. After reading a glowing recommendation for this packing & shipping company, my wife and I dropped off about 20 lbs of very carefully hand-picked shells that we'd collected during the previous week.
We had carefully washed each and every shell, but we wanted then professionally packed and shipped, because these shells would help us remember our beautiful vacation at Sanibel

I received the package I had san cap pak-n-ship, pack and ship to me. It was the most god awful packing job I have ever seen in my life. $65 dollars later the box had a half assed tape job, it was also too big for the goods inside and everything inside looked like it had just been thrown against the wall. I ship and receive all the time and have never seen a packing job so pathetic, it would be one thing if I packed the box, but they insisted on doing it, my wife said it was a bad idea, but I thought I knew better. i'm not even sure if everything is in there, I would not suggest using this

Ok. We are snowbirds that have been coming to the island for over thirty winters. In fact we bought land to build our house in 1970. $8,000.00 - two lots....i digress...but, isn't that a great price? anyway, we have ,thru the years , done aLOT of shipping. I absolutely collected too many shells while in Sanibel. But SanCap Pak-N-Ship came to my rescue.
I arrived at the store with bags of shells. They took all the shells, packed everything perfectly and safely, and every single shell arrived unharmed.
They even put a note on the delivery to make sure it was left on the front porch and not at the garage.
Mission accomplished.
I have used this company before and I would highly recommend this store for your shipping needs.
