The family doctor is great, but when you have heart problems you want a specialist. When you have refrigerator problems don't call your average ordinary run of the mill appliance repairman. That might be fine for the washer, dryer or dishwasher, but your fridge? Leaks water on the floor. Ice build up on the floor of the bottom freezer unit.

Our LG refrigerator (2013) stopped cooling. I found San Diego Tech Pros on the authorized service companies listed on the LG website. Greg, the owner, promptly returned my inquiry via text. I explained the issue and he provided a full run down of the diagnostics he wanted to do to make sure we were not paying to replace a compressor if the fridge wasn’t salvageable. He was honest, up front with his pricing, diligent, and extremely professional. He even replaced our ice dispenser switch without charge. His knowledge of LG refrigerators (and frankly refrigerators in general) was really impressive

We woke up to a warm fridge and Greg was able to squeeze us in the same day. Once the replacement part arrived, he scheduled the repair day considering our availability.
We are very satisfied with his work, specially because he thoroughly explains the issue and provides options.
