Probably the worst hearing place in the high desert and that is strictly because the person who runs the place, Denise, has no business being in customer service let alone working with senior citizens. My mother in law went in for an audio test and it was determined she needed hearing aids. She got the hearing aids and they were very painful for her so we went back and Denise acted like it was a huge inconvenience to even help her and even insulted my mother in law when she was explaining the issue she was having. After 15 minutes of struggling with the hearing aids, Denise did offer an alternative

First off the desert knolls hearing center is now Dr. Montana M.D. practice....who are the worst. I don't know why they don't take walk ins, as with an appointment they take 3 hrs to see you, after waiting a month to get an appoitmemt. Then they rush you and the office staff is WORST in the hi desert hands down. It took them a year to properly fill out my paper work for husbands disabled persons place card as DMV returned it twice because DR. Montana or who ever it was did not fill out the paper work properly according to the DMV. Then since we have been waiting a year for this I told them I am
