Actually one star is one more than they deserve. A promise was made for a very small job and they failed. A number of years ago they installed a patio and we had requested some cracks be filled as the surface had settled. Tom - the owner- promised he would send someone out and that never happened. I called Tom this morning to see what the schedule was and through a series of text messages he was not able to honor his promise. I was not surprised. They have let us down before. Be very suspect in dealing with Sharper Edge - there's nothing sharp about them. We are done with that company.
