Walking distance from anything you need, and a mile and a half from Dunedin Causeway. The Pinellas activity Trail is at our back door, running parallel with Alternate 19 passing through numerous restaurants, breweries, downtown shops, and water front parks. We were not planning to camp here but found ourselves in a pinch to find something last minute late at night.
Booking was simple, great location. Sites and facilities were clean, Chris was helpful, everyone was friendly. Good food from the Food Truck so no cooking or going out one night! Will definitely stay again when visiting family and friends in Palm Harbor/Pinellas County area. I am not an experienced RV'er, and I was in a position to become one very quickly.

Caladesi RV Park is nestled in the heart of Palm Harbor, Florida, right on the Pinellas Trail, an exercise trail spanning from Tarpon Springs to Clearwater. Just minutes from five Tampa Bay area beaches. Tons of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Trolley pick-up on property. Just 20 minutes from Tampa or St. Petersburg. 5 minutes to Dunedin and Honeymoon Island, where you can park your RV.
All sites full hook up, some sites are asphalt, some are limestone, some are grass. Most sites have a concrete pad. Air-conditioned clubhouse with quality full-functioning laundry machines and air-conditioned bathhouses. Heated pool and propane. Ice cream shop on property. WIFI is usually great, but we cannot make any guarantees due to weather and other circumstances beyond our control.

There are numerous beaches in the area: the Dunedin Causeway, Honeymoon Island, Caladesi Island, Clearwater Beach, Sand Key Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Crystal Beach, Fred Howard Park, Sunset Beach, Anclote Beach. You can walk to the Dunedin Causeway, about 15 minutes, but it would not be ideal to walk, spend all day, and walk back.
Tenants are not allowed to rent, lease, or allow any person or persons to occupy the trailer or premises without express permission from management. Dogs must be kept on a leash always, and dogs are not to be leashed on sites without the owner present. Please pick up after your pet. Dog food bowls are not be left outside.

I just left Caladesi from a 2nd stay and I can't recommend this park enough. The place is up kept with a mixture of mobile homes and rentable spots for full hook ups. Chris has been great to work with and he makes sure all of his guests are accommodated throughout their stay. Bathrooms are nice and clean, my wife fully approved. Also this can be booked fully online while picking through the available spots, easiest reservation I ever made. - Luke

Stayed at Caladesi for 5 nights in January. The park is well run and maintained; staff is always about grooming, cleaning and seeing to the needs of the guests. The park is geographically located well for families and couples looking to enjoy the gulf coast and the quaint small towns that offer a myriad of restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back!

Great location and clean bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay very much. We got a great site with it’s own small patio area with a swing and a small fire pit. The weather was chilly, so we didn’t use either of those, but nice to have them available to us.
The bathrooms are very clean and the showers are nice and hot and have great nozzles. Good job to the cleaning staff.

This place is awesome! The owner is super friendly, the park is super clean, and the location just can’t be beat. Within walking distance of the paved bike/walking trail, breweries & restaurants, & entertainment. Also just a short drive to several beaches. It’s quiet & central to grocery stores and shopping. Highly recommend!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The park is located near everything and easy access to the bike trail. The park and facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff is courteous and very helpful. We felt at home here! We loved biking everywhere, downtown Dunedin is full of restaurants, breweries and wonderful little shops. Honeymoon Island is a short bike ride and the beach is great especially for finding seashells. Palm Harbor is a convenient location between Tarpon Springs and Dunedin. So much to do and totally family oriented. If you are looking for a clean, safe and comfortable place

We are currently staying at the Caladesi RV Park and are absolutely loving it. It was intended to be just a month or two but have turned into a little bit longer. The people that stay here are great. Very friendly and welcoming. We are a family of five and have met lifelong friends in a relative short time.
The staff and owner are always helpful, respond quickly to any concerns and maintenance. The park is very well kept and they keep it nice and clean.
We have felt safe the entire time and the area is great. There is always staff presence and they are very well aware of who stays on their campgrounds

This was a great stop for two weeks while visiting with friends and family. Very clean and neat, and the managers are always nearby and available whenever you have questions. There was a great shower house and bathrooms - water pressure was a huge plus.
We had a spacious site and we were only a block from the Pinellas Trail which was really nice.

Stayed at Caladesi for 5 months. The staff and residents are all very nice and helpful. The kids and I felt very welcome and cared for like a big family community. The kids loved the stream in the back which has abundant wildlife from frogs, turtles and fish to various bird varieties. The park, pool and facilities were always clean. The kids really enjoyed playing with all the others kids on their bikes, basketball and in the pool. There were ice cream socials and cookouts. The park is close to everything from beaches and parks, to shopping and site seeing. Everything is easily accessible via the

Nothing but good things to say about the staff and park. Clean and quiet. Close to the boat docks and restaurants. The Ice Cream shop across the street is amazing.Bathhouses are air-conditioned and clean so is the laundry room also has a coin machine. We were able to pull in with no issues level and clean site Really pretty place to stay.
