Services
Cave Country RV takes pride in providing our guests with a neat, clean, and relaxing environment. That is reflected in our Good Sam ratings of 10/10/9.5. All of our sites are satellite friendly pull throughs with full hook ups - wifi and cable all included. While everyone is welcome at CCRV, our park attracts mostly adults / seniors visiting the cave area attractions.

This is our second time here and absolutely love this park. We traveled a great deal this past summer (16) campgrounds to be exact and this by far is our favorite. Very spacious, well maintained sites. People friendly, bathrooms are immaculate, the pool area is well kept and very nice. The owner goes above and beyond for you. You can tell he loves what he does and takes pride in his park.

We loved this Rv park. It’s all pull throughs with
plenty of room to leave your tow attached or look up or unhook. This park is well cared for. Nice restrooms. Only one washer in the laundry but this was not a problem but I could see where it could be.office was very nice & someone leads you to your site. They have a dog park that is well taken care of too. We definitely would stay here again. You have space between the campers so you are not right on top of someone. They have picnic table & nice fire rings at the sites.

I have never written a negative review before, but you need to know how I was made to feel. I tell this story to warn others, so you don't get treated like I did. Cave Country RV Campground is a nice campground, but if you are looking for a kind, welcoming and respectful host this is not the place to go.
I did something I should not have done and broke a campground rule. I parked on the grass for about 10 minutes and I own that! I honestly was not even thinking about what I was doing. I had been camping with my parents all weekend and had my car parked at another campsite on the other side

Campers, I regret having to write this negative review on Cave Country RV Campground in Cave City, KY, but it is warranted because what happened affected my entire family. It was Labor Day weekend when my daughter and our grandgirls were camping with us. We had three other families in their units camping around us and had a fun and relaxing weekend together. We have stayed at this campground on several occasions over the years and never had an issue until now. On the last day of our visit, as we are attaching our tow vehicle to the RV, a woman drives quickly through the grass on a golf cart and

We have stayed here twice in the last month. We enjoyed both stays tremendously. The campground in very clean. The best & most beautiful bathrooms & showers I've seen. They have FHU & can accommodate big rigs. It is easy to get in & out. It is off of I-65 about 5 miles from Mammoth Cave. Staff is very friendly & willing to assist you with whatever you need. They have a pool & game room as well as a laundry room. Each of them were well maintained & very clean. Campground is near to eating places. Some are close enough for you to walk to. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed a couple of nights here as we took a day to see the National Park. This is a very nice well maintained RV Park. All sites are level. Host was nice and even offered to lend us tools when he thought we might need them.
Close to the entrance to Mammoth Cave National Park. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful little RV campground! We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was clean and well maintained. Their pool, laundry room and bathhouses stayed clean the entire time. The grounds were very well landscaped as well. The staff were also very friendly. Only downside, which is not their fault, was that they are situated next to a train track. A loud train would come through at all hours of the day and night. But otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

This is the nicest campground we have ever stayed at. It is very clear that the owners and staff take great pride in maintaining the grounds. The amount of flowers, shrubs, and trees that have been planted for aesthetics and privacy are unbelievable. Despite it being fairly close to the interstate it is quiet. We requested the most secluded site they could afford us and weren't disappointed. They are incredibly dog friendly. This was especially appealing to us as we have a doberman mix and pitbull. More often than not our dogs are discriminated against due to their breed. It was a breath of fresh

Cave Country RV is one of the most beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained RV parks we have ever seen. Upon arrival, we discovered that something happened (still unsure of what happened) and our reservation had been cancelled. Luckily they had a spot, which to our surprise was the prettiest spot in the park. The people that work here are so friendly and seem to truly care about the park and guests. Dog park is amazing with nice level sites. The pool is small but very clear and our girls loved it. I will add that the reviews about highway noise surprise me. My husband and I actually commented

Beautiful little RV park that is within minutes of adventures! Immaculate property with great management! Large and very level, gravel sites with plenty of grass and shade! We have a 42' fifth wheel and had plenty of room. Easy on and off interstate. Extremely quiet park! Has a small pool and great dog park! It's on our top 10 list and we are full time RVers who travel nationwide. We can't wait to return!

We stayed as part of our Mammoth Cave trip. Very clean bathrooms and park. Perfect for what it is: a one or two night stay while visiting and seeing the sights. If you are looking for a state park sort of feel this isn't it. There is a train and busy roadway close by - but like I said this isn't a state park - it is a place to park your rv so that you can go and take in the sights. Really liked the dog park and they are putting in a small pool which is a nice add.

Nice little place. Roomy gravel level sites, each with picnic tables and fire rings. Tidy park, nice little general store, and pleasant helpful staff. I didn't see a pool, but that's not a priority for me on this trip. Easiest access from a freeway I have experienced. Small town area, but it has a grocery store and some chain restaurants nearby. 5 miles from mammoth caves which is nice. We're here on the off season so it's pretty quiet.
The only drawback is that there are train tracks very near and it can get noisy as they pass, but it's not constant noise. I would come

As part of our Mammoth Cave / Dollywood / Great Smokey Mountains National Forest RV vacation, we stayed at Cave Country RV Campground on day number 2. Cave Country RV Campground is self-touted as "Big Rig Friendly" providing pull-through RV sites for the largest RVs to pop-up campers. They are conveniently located off I-65 just 5 miles from Mammoth Cave National Park and it was only a 15 minute drive to the National Corvette Museum.
The office had just closed for the day when we arrived, but registering was still fairly easy via the drop box. As soon as we opened it, we found an

This is our second time here. We absolutely love this place!
Their facilities are super clean, very well kept grounds, laundry is very affordable (1.50 either w/d), bathhouse is phenomenal!!! We travel in our rv around the US and Canada for a living and I can say this is one of the better rv parks we've ever been to.
The only downside they have is that they have what families in the full time rv community call a "kid-tax" (charge of $3.50 for each kid. We had three adults and two children.) They could do well to get rid of that since they don't have a pool, playground
