I first called a different company before Hi-tech and they tried to stear me in a different direction of my pest problem (on top of improperly trying to solve it). I had red flags pop up so I started looking for a second opinion and by the grace of God we came across Hi-tech. I called and made an appointment with Don. He was very professional, educational, helpful, and super nice. We also enjoyed his company and the great conversations. He truly is a blessing!!! Don really does care about people and their situation. He went above and beyond to help us. Highly recommend!!!

I'm a repeat/regular customer of Hi-Tech Pest Control. For several years< I was having problems with carpenter ants; the owner of Hi-Tech said several times that the ants were traveling from a dead tree in the yard into the home through the fireplace. Hi-Tech continued to service the infestation until I followed their advice and had the tree removed...Ant problem gone! This company is knowledgeable about nesting habits, entry points, migration patterns, focus of attraction and all things pest related. This is a real review (not paid for). Called for service to deal with a yellow jacket nest in the house wall and they were out within a couple hours. Dan was courteous, professional and friendly. Same day service can't be beat. Would definitely use this company again and would refer others to them.

I will start off by addressing the company's assumption by guaranteeing I am not in a bad mood, nor having a bad day. I am actually floored. It's honestly saddening to personally witness an ongoing hierarchy of poor customer service from a local company.
As the company likes to remind everyone, they are a service-based company. That being said, you would think that their insight to customer SERVICE would be better than it is. Very professional, efficient, and responsive. I reached out to Don and he was at my house within 24 hours. Went above and beyond and took care of our issue immediately. Don was very personable and I would recommend him to anyone. Although, I truly hope to never see Don again, I know if such an issue were to ever occur again, the only person I would call is Don at Hi-Tech Pest Control. Do not go anywhere else. No better service.

We were experiencing a yellow jacket infestation in the garden window of our kitchen so we called Hi-Tech Pest Control. They were able to fit us in their schedule quickly. The man who showed up at our house immediately gave us the impression that he meant business and knew what he was doing. He asked us questions to make sure he understood the issue and then sprayed the area. The cost was very reasonable and it came with a guarantee. Don was awesome. He spent a bunch of time with me over the phone when I called, answering all my questions. When I asked if I could schedule to have someone come take a look at my ant problems, he offered me a two-hour window period in the afternoon for the following day. He said the morning was already very full, and he didn't want to leave me waiting. I appreciated that he was treating my call with the urgency it deserved. I've had Don spray my house and exterior property for carpenter ants every year for several years. They're an annual occurrence where I live, and he has always been thorough and willing to come back for second applications. When I've had hornets' nests (more than once) he has removed them successfully and gotten rid of any remaining hornets for a reasonable price. Overall, I've been quite happy. He is a one-man outfit, though, so occasionally he might get hung up on a given job, which might delay him at subsequent jobs that day. It happens rarely, and I've never felt

Hi-Tech is the very best pest control service I have ever used. Don just came to my house for the sixth year in a row to address my annual carpenter ant infestation. I live in an area that has many mature trees which come with unwanted pests. I first used Hi-Tech to take care of the spiders around my house. Once Don came, I saw NOTHING; no mosquitos, no spiders, no moths - NOTHING for two years! Then I started to have a serious carpenter ant problem.
