Suppose drop off at 10am two people come and they were late and item not set up till 11 am then suppose to pick up at 8 they don’t come till 955 I let them know I’m not happy I’m tired and I signed contract to have picked up at 8 for a reason so 955 is not 8 and the older man jumps out the truck to try and tell me they have other customers so basically my money is no good I suppose by that statement so it won’t be no big deal that I’m now disputing this entire charge due to ur lateness and unprofessional attitude toward a customer I have a signed contract drop off 10 am pick up 8pm so

They gave me added time and the most exciting thing for me is that they have a "stamp card" program that is also a magnet! Finally one I won't lose! Lol! After so many bounce house rentals, you can earn free things from the company! I will definitely be using them again!

By far the worst jumper company I have ever dealt with. First my sons birthday party is at the park from 11-5 so the jumper people call me at 9:50 saying they were around the corner. They ended up not showing op till 11:30 and you can tell these kids were high they had not will to set this thing up. It took them till 1 o'clock to set up while kids were waiting they was taking there sweet time the kid with the long hair kept just sitting down and getting on his phone. To make it worse both jumpers where super dirty and leaning m. Anyway they leave we are at the park the party is from 11-5.

Very easy booking process, sadly that's were the positives end. Day of the party the anticipated arrival is 11am, they arrived about 11:20 am. We rented a generator through the company as we were having the party at the park. They arrive and I was approached by Malachi, very personable and friendly young man. He asks a couple questions and they start to set up. The generator doesn't work. They tell me it's brand new. After lots of tries and calls they find out there is no oil. Malachi finds this hilarious. Starts clowning the older gentleman and laughing. My 9 year old is sitting

Ordered a bounce house for concrete area. Unfortunately they set up completely wrong and my son got hurt. Someone was supposed to come and fix but never did. Took days later to even see if he was okay. Only had one small mat for a large toddler bounce house. Extremely disappointed. Will not use again

I was very impressed with the team that set up/broke down the bounce house for my daughter's 2nd birthday party. The bounce house was a huge hit and I was very excited to find out they had one that would match her jungle theme. They were communicative about their arrival to drop off & pick up and very pleasant to work with. I will absolutely be renting from this company again.

Rented a Bounce House, Cotton Candy Machine, and some games for my little girls birthday party. They were great. I was worried about the fitment of the bounce house and they spent the time over the phone and via e-mail to make sure it would fit. The setup crew was amazing. Very thorough, nice, and professional. The equipment was clean and in great condition. The pricing was great. Would highly recommend and I will be using them in the future!

What an amazing company. They go above and beyond for their customers. HIGHLY recommend and will use them again in the future. Communication was easy and I wasn't chasing them down for quotes or responses to my 100s of inquiries. Gary was very patient and offers plenty of variety and options. I've rented from bounce house companies before but a bounce above the rest takes the cake. They arrived before the scheduled time, were extremely professionally, set up the bounce house quickly and walked us through all of the do's and don't s. The bounce house was in great condition and super clean. They showed up on time for removal and were quick and efficient. You can tell they care about their reputation and about their clients. Definitely recamend this place for all your Bounce house needs... I did a lot of research: #1this place had this over the top Monster Truck bounce house that I had to have for my son's bday party! With ages ranging 2 - 12 years on the guest list, I knew this word not disappoint anyone. #2 The PRICE! Way less than anyone Of these places and their Monster truck bounce houses.... not even on the same level of awesomeness! #3 The part I appreciate the most would be Gary! About above the rest is a great company I went to Vegas for two days for my Daughters Birthday and requested 2 table and chairs the large tic-tac-toe and Jenga. they were able to deliver on New Year's Day to my Airbnb Without me even being there which helped me out so much. When I arrived everything was there ,they made sure everything went so smoothly for me. This is the best company I have ever rented a bouncer from! We got their gigantic Monster Truck bounce house and a regular castle bounce house for my nephews 5th birthday! The kids had a blast in both! They loved the truck more though I think. This company was on time, best cleaning I’ve ever seen. Their prices are awesome. We always rent a bounce house for my sons birthday this year we went through A Bounce Above the Rest. They were amazing! Prompt and professional with great pricing. The kids all had a blast and my son said this was his best birthday yet. We rented a sports themed bounce house with dual slides, a giant connect four, a cotton candy machine and a popcorn machine. Everything tasted great and was so easy to prepare. It was funny seeing the kids all lined up and crowded around to get there turn for some cotton candy. I will definitely be going through A Bounce Above the Rest for my next event!

A Bounce Above the Rest supplied my company pick nick with chairs, tables, cotton candy machine, snow cone machine, bubble machine and water tag equipment. Very professional prompt timing, great customer service and best of all everything was in really good condition not over used. I strongly suggest having A Bounce Above the Rest for any of your party needs. I had very little cleanup they set it all up and took it all down for me. My company pick nick was a huge success my employees families had a blast.
