I did some research and found this company. I knew from the moment I spoke with Ana and Michael, this was the company for us! They were professional, patient, knowledgeable and empathetic. They also provided us with a guard who did an exceptional job. I am not a spiteful person and hate leaving bad reviews but I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else that uses Fastguard. I scheduled a security guard for yesterday and NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. It left us in a huge bind with our end client which reflects poorly on our company. I contacted fastguard and they tried to get someone there but was… unsuccessful. For $500+ this is unacceptable. There was a very vague explanation as to why the guard never showed up. "miscommunication". I am very disappointed and have to spend the day amending our relationship with our client.

While the service was quick, we were told they had to charge a full week of service even if only needed for a few days. Their services were needed for less than 3 days. On September 26th they said they'd reverse the difference on my credit card. Many emails and phone calls later and still, on November 5th, they have yet to reverse the almost $6000… extra on my credit card.
They tried to blame hurricane Michael, even, as if they hadn't had 2 weeks prior to reverse the overage. If you want to retain your own money above what they actually charge do NOT do business with them. They're unprofessional

Words cant express how FAST! FAST GUARD saved my company. I hired them on two occasions, security for a major event in Miami our company was hosting and then for private investigation. I needed 25 guards last minute for my event as the security company I had hired bailed on me. I was impressed by their professionalism and prompt response. They are honestly the fastest and most reliable security company I've dealt with. Highly recommended.

I recently used them to watch over my house while it was being tented for termites. It was a bit of a last-minute request, so I was very happy when Moise jumped right on the issue. He was professional and responsive, and the security guards that were stationed at my house were very nice and really cared about doing a good job.

I called this company last week at the last minute for fire watch at my hotel after the fire marshal came and gave me 1 hour to find a guard for fire watch which was totally out of line may I add. But Fast guard Service responded and saved the day. We were facing closure and they saved us, it was like magic. I recommend them for your security needs and like I told them when they arrived "I am eternally in debt to you for saving us in our time of need". About a week ago we awarded them the security contract for our hotel and I'm glad they were available to help.
