Our builder, City Homes, hired All Seasons Pools to design and build our pool and decking. The pool came out beautiful, although we did have some leaks initially but they have been resolved. Now our decking has come loose and it is falling apart. Neither the builder or pool company have been responsive. I have been trying for months to get it repaired. I would not use them again.

Signed for a pool in January. Here we are in October and I still have a HUGE HUGE mess of a backyard . No deck, no screen , just a messy shell and dirt . The company takes on way more than they can handle . I have attached additional photos of the way they will leave your property . A total total mess . This is after I was told it would be cleaned up immediately.

KEEP LOOKING! Not even sure where to begin with All Seasons Pool. Not even really sure how they stay in business. We've had nothing but issues with All Seasons Pool. We had issues just about every step of the way from the dig, tile, step layout, pavers, pool finish, screen enclosure, waterfall, communication with their Orlando office, scheduling and most of all, dirt removal. These guys have half assed every step of the way. We were initially warned about ALL SEASONS POOL from some friends and neighbors that ended up in a court case with these guys and how difficult they were to work with

It's been 9 months since my review, 9 MONTHS (TWO YEARS AFTER WE SIGNED THE CONTRACT) and All Seasons FINALLY finished the job.
I stand by my previous review. I would never ever recommend them to anybody ever. Even if you happen to see recent reviews that are positive, please go somewhere else. They never return your phone calls, they take forever to come out between jobs, they make a mess, leave crap everywhere, including cement which has since dried up and hardened- luckily the grass has grown over it (and that was after I had them come out and clean up), when you called with complaints

From beginning to end, our experience with All Seasons was really great. Our Sales Consultant, Dave Colby, couldn't of been anymore professional and courteous. He was SUPER helpful with all of our decisions, and not once did my wife and I feel any sort of pressure from him. We felt really comfortable in every step of the way to design our pool from the ground up. Once the design and options were all picked our contractor, Michael Dillon, was super professional right off the bat. Boy! what an awful experience! I have seen so many great reviews on other companies near me and for some reason don't know why I chose this company. I am spreading the word to my family and friends that are considering to have a pool built not to use them at all!!! Trust me that's about $250,000 that went down the drain! Awful schedules no communication within themselves, caught them in lies a few times, sub trades that have no consideration, nor the expertise, throwing cans bottles and food in my backyard thinking this is a job site like any other. No responsibilities whatsoever

Went for our first swim last night! When we decided to build a pool I treated it like a competitive solicitation. I wrote down what we wanted, drew some sketches, and sent it out to 12 pool companies. Seven responded and All Seasons Pools (ASP) had the best offer combining price and features with experience - that is why we selected them.
ASP got to work right away. They did the drawings, applied for permits, but most importantly - they let us know what was going on. As to be expected with any major construction project, there were some problems along the way - and I am sure that would hold true

Updating our review! The construction supervisor (he was a not good) has left they are making changes. We wanted a pool from All Seasons because we like the floor pop up cleaning system. It is taking much longer than we like but we still think Bill our salesman is a of high integrity! They just did the decking and the rest should go smoothly and fast. I will update again on completion.

Buying your first pool can be scary when trying to choose a builder. Luckily a friend of the family owns a Pool Service company so he sees the good and bad pools from various builders. Every time I would ask him about a company I had gotten a quote from he would tell me to stay away. Finally I just asked who SHOULD I go with. He listed All Seasons Pools as one of his top two recommendations. I decided to listen and I'm glad I did. Debra made a great first impression as my pool designer.
