I've been mountain biking for over 13 years now and have always had pain in my left shoulder and neck which has gradually increased to a point where I couldn't bike over 30 miles without having to quit due to the pain. I've seen other chiropractors the whole time without much gain. After going to Core Spine over the past few months, I've been able to bike over 50 miles and multiple days as the pain and strain have gradually subsided. I'm on the road for improvement to be able to increase my range and enjoy more time on the bike.

Highly recommend Shane! He knows his stuff and his technique is great. I have been suffering from a bulging disc in my lower back L4/L5 for 9+months, having difficult walking and doing anything active. After many ups and downs on my journey within a month of visiting Shane I feel way better! This is the first time I feel like I can confidently avoid surgery and achieve a full recovery!

We are very happy with our chiropractic services here. Shane does a wonderful job on the whole family. My husband had rib and hip issues, things have been going great for him. I have some upper back and neck pain from past injuries and being a larger woman can cause strain. Going here has helped immensely with my upper back and decreased my headaches.

I work for the post office and the Christmas season can really take a toll on my whole body. This past Christmas season, I decided to seek out chiropractic care beforehand to see if it would help with the pain I always encounter.
