Best hearing place that I’ve been to. Top notch service and knowledgeable staff. They go above and beyond taking care of me and my hearing aids. It’s extremely nice to be able to go to a place that takes their time with me and works with my hearing loss. They all speak loud and clear and don’t get frustrated with me when my hearing aids are out and I ask to repeat what is said when I miss something. Best price on hearing aid batteries that I’ve found. Me and my family are very grateful to have Better Hearing Center taking care of me.

Celeste at Better Hearing spent 45 minutes trying to get another company's hearing aids working again for my father. She even got on the phone to help verify warranty and next steps to get them fixed. What truly great service this was! No doubt this is where I'll buy if Dad needs another pair or when I do!

I have profound hearing loss and had been using a local medical center audiology department for years. Even though I had top of the line Phonak hearing aids, I struggled. I shied away from talking to people. I avoided using the telephone. I dreaded going to crowded type environments. I didn't enjoy music. Traveling in a car and trying to decipher a conversation was extremely difficult. I felt embarrassed having people repeat themselves all the time.
