I would NEVER put my loved one here ! It looks nice inside ! But after working there few months , I couldn’t take it anymore! I had to leave ! Management it self is so deceiving!! Act like they care but really want to get a check because the building is in so much debt ! Ask any resident there , they wish they could move ! It’s so miserable there from food to activities (which aren’t much of and the ones they have aren’t very thrilling to them. Only thing they enjoy sorts is bingo ) NOT ENOUGH STAFF ! Some workers are so nice and actually care but how the building is run, it’s not worth

The staff is so friendly as soon as you walk into the door you feel at home. Stephanie is the Administrator and you’ll know who she is because she’s always got a huge smile on her face and she’s very welcoming. The Residents are extremely friendly and sweet and will also greet you with a smile on their face. This place really is amazing all the way around. I would suggest it to anyone looking for somewhere to put their loved ones.

My dad finally found a true home at Flower Mound Assisted Living. Given its relatively small size, it feels like a true community (a small-town environment if you will) as opposed to a "facility." This also means that residents and families are able to truly get to know the staff. (You don't have 30 care givers trying to relay messages between shifts.) So the continuity of care is wonderful. They've recently made some significant improvements as well. I love this place, and so does my dad.

Its been a trying couple years helping my parents as they decline with age. Since the new administrator Stephanie has arrived I'm seeing improvements in all the services. The staff seems more involved and happy with the way things are going. I feel as those everybody has my parents and my back even more since she's arrived. Each time I've had a concern Stephanie stops what ever she's doing and hears anything I have to say and addresses it promptly.

Mom was at FMAL for 7 years. Was it perfect? No. But your family isn’t perfect either, and that’s what this place was; family. Every staff member from the manager to the cleaning lady knew and cared for mom personally. They also knew and accepted me as part of the team. Mom had friends. She had interests. She had the care she needed at different stages of her journey. She had a good life.
