I went to genesis for a little over three months. Everything was all well and great until I started having medicine issues. I was supposed to get a refill, it never happened and thankfully the pharmacist loaned me 3 pills! I could have went without and what if I was suicidal?
Every time I would call them about wanting to speak with the doctor, they would never get back with me in a timely manner if at all. The people that would answer never seemed like they wanted to be there. Overall the doctor I had was nice, overall experience not satisfied.

I'm taking a controlled substance, which means I need a prescription for every refill, every month. The people at Genesis seem to not realize that, since they're only open 3 and a half days a week, I may need them to prepare me the next prescription a few days early so I don't have to go without my medicine. And they don't. They never do. I end up going several days without my medicine at least once a month thanks to their ineptitude - and the fact that they respond with a bitter, unprofessional attitude every time I point this out to them shows that they clearly don't understand the effect of

165 for first visit... NOT 55 like some of the reviews say. Will take a 65$ non-refundable upon making appointment. The 100 is due at the time of the appointment. Did not say they dont take government insurance but they cant provide service to anyone who is on it even if you plan on paying out of pocket. Hopefully this information has helped someone out. And woman at front desk did not sound friendly or happy.

Office staff are horrible. Not compassionate. When I called and needed to talk to Dr. they wanted to know every detail why. They aren't my doctor. They want money for EVERYTHING. Needed a paper filled out. 1 paragraph. $25 owed, pssh. They had to call in my med cuz I ran out they charged me $35!!!!!! To make one phone call. My favorite office worker quit and since then they got worse. Traci Boswell is nice and seems to care. That's the only reason they are getting 3 stars instead of 1.
