David Voss primarily handles business and litigation matters including business formation, lease negotiation, real estate acquisition, harassment claims, and dissolution. Scott Braybrooke is in charge of civil litigation with a focus on personal injury, premises liability, and insurance bad faith.
To provide effective legal representation, we believe it's necessary to have a complete understanding of how all the parts of a client's business fit into the whole. This is crucial to the success of both businesses and individuals because both are guided by a thorough knowledge of financial information as well as proper legal planning and protection.
Unfortunately, not all relationships which start out well end that way. VS&B will stand by you at the most difficult times of your life which often involve issues in family law. We are sensitive to the special issues involved, and work very hard to bring matters to an amicable resolution. We strongly believe that an agreement reached voluntarily is better for everyone, especially when children are involved.

Hands down, the best lawyers I have ever dealt with. They have helped me over the years with a few accidents. The last one being the worst motorcycle accident I ever had. CHP put me at fault even though I wasn't the cause of the accident. VS&B took on my case and got 6 times the policy limit of the guy who caused me to crash. It took some time because of covid slowing things down, but I guarantee it is worth the wait. They even called me to check on me. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I initially hired Rachel Silverman of VSB to represent me in my divorce 6 years ago and was impressed with her services as she helped me to obtain a settlement that I could be happy with. I recently settled a 3-year long divorce case against my ex-wife who has been represented by Rachel Silverman for the last many years. Please ignore like the one negative review on this lawfirm. It's completely incorrect. I was in a serious accident in need of legal help and I personally am not a trusting person. But Scott immediately made me feel at ease. He always made me feel like a person and not just another peice of paper on his desk. He truly treats you with the upmost respect. I cut this firm off immediately when I realized they didn't know what they were doing and were great at draining my retainer extremely quickly. They actually filed a motion without the attachment. When I substituted them out for my new counsel, according to my new counsel, they were angry and did not transfer files professionally. The most difficult aspect when retaining family law attorneys is finding one that will not run up your bill and actually have concerns about your finances.
