Odd to call a title place with lots of paper, pens, and the job of signing many documents that commit a person to what seems like an enormous debt great. This was as professional and pleasant experience as I think I could expect. Shannon was very thorough and I appreciated her attention to detail. I very much appreciated my realtor, Blake Christianson, being present for the closing. He caught an error that ended up saving me a lot of money. I was treated well and I felt all my needs were met.
