I want all the money back, otherwise we will sue the company and the owners for the 35/check IFTA on every check, 700 for violations in Missouri, 1000 escrow, 2500 fee accident Oklahoma and many others. Not 1 flight you didn't pay and so many times I rented a car to work for your cheap bad trucks. My lawyer is Tom Koziol and will contact you. And the department of transportation will be notified for forcing me to write a letter that I was not working at you at the time of Oklahoma accident. I'm waiting for all those payments back, plus a bonus for drivers brought, otherwise I will have to sue

I drive for this company and I can honestly say that we are family here. They've taken care of me since day one and I'm so grateful to be a part of a company/ family who listens to you, communicates effectively, takes care of their equipment and their drivers. I wish I could tell if all the good things about Smart Freight, but they're isn't enough room on here. I mean the pay and bonuses themselves have helped me realize, I don't need to look for another company anytime soon. I had a D&A violation on my FMCSA and they welcomed me with pen and and no judgement. I wish I would've find them earlier

Raggedy equipment they gave me a truck the first day the check engine light came on . You had to spray starter fluid for it to start if it sat to long . I tried to tell them to let me check the truck in Volvo dealer they wouldn’t let me they said they’ll rather work on their own equipment. So they sent a driver to get the truck cause I didn’t want to drive it and they put on my dac I broke company policy smh stay away

I've worked here for over a year. The pay is great and you never have to fight for your check. Great company and great people. Communication between dispatcher, Fleet manager and shop is simple and easy. You're a name here not a number. Home time is always honored and they don't give you the runaround about it. Owner ops if you're looking for a place this is it. Competitive pay and no BS.
