Steven D. Schwartz, Esq., is a founding partner of Mortgage Advantage and serves as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer. In 1996 he partnered with Joseph M. Willen, CEO of the Advantage Group, to create a mortgage company that would provide clients with the same professionalism and superior customer service that have been the core principles and building blocks for all of the Advantage Group affiliated companies.
Joseph M. Willen is President and Chief Executive Officer of the privately-owned Advantage Title, which he founded in 1987. Advantage Title is the flagship company of the Advantage Group, which also includes Advantage Foreclosure, Advantage Legal, Advantage Settlement and Mortgage Advantage, all providing comprehensive real estate related services.
Paul Spateri is a business development and mortgage specialist at Mortgage Advantage. Paul began his mortgage career 21 years ago as a mortgage originator with Long Island Mortgage Resources in Huntington, N.Y. He later became the regional sales manager for Long Island and New York City at PHH Mortgage/Coldwell Banker Home Loans, which in 2004 acquired Long Island Mortgage Resources.
Nicholas Racanelli, Vice President of Business Development at Melville based Mortgage Advantage, was introduced to the fundamentals of business at an early age. Nick's experience with his family's successful construction and development company taught him that hard work, customer service, trust, and integrity are the foundations of a successful business relationship.
Nancy Hall has been a successful loan originator since 1985, cultivating relationships with some of the top real estate agents on Long Island's North Shore. She joined our team in October of 2001 and has been a valued member throughout the years.
