I decided to go with a local company, and so glad I did. Jason was patient and explained everything. I never would have got that from a conglomerate company. He knows what equipment works, and can guide you. Also, they have a broad knowledge of all aspects of home construction along with the electrical side, so they know how to care for your home. Not all installers have decades of that experience. I got a sonnen battery and really love it. Powers the whole house. 🥂

Jason , The owner of Sun dollar , is a wealth of knowledge and has 17 yrs. of experience as a General contractor as well as 14 years doing Solar ! His honesty and what I think is most important when you are a consumer looking for a company who will do good work and the overall objective is what is in the best interest of the customer . Jason Fox returned my call fast, and walked me through testing my system figured it out told what to get and best local place to get it. Every one else told me to buy a new inverter first. Wow I can't tell you how much that kind of service is worth. I asked if I could send him a lil $, he asked me to leave a good review. You can trust Jason Fox.

I needed a rather large Solar system of 42 panels to run my house and small business. Jason @ Sun Dollar Solar got me a system that was far superior to the systems I was being quoted by all the big guys at a MUCH more attractive price. He is VERY knowledgeable and helpful. The best part is he's local and cares about my business. He also helped me get rebates from Edison and Federal Tax Credits. He also helped by dad and another friend get set up with Solar. I've completely eliminated by electric bill and I even get some money back at the end of the year. Solar has been one of my best investments

Thank you, Devon and the Sun Dollar Solar team! I am very pleased with our new battery back-up and solar system with car chargers at both sides of the garage!! We are so excited to be using our own power and very little of Edison's. It feels good to be self sufficient and in control. The crew was neat and showed up on time when they said they would, which meant a lot to us since we were leaving then and did not want to postpone the work.

This company did my neighbor's house. I'm only writing this review to state that they took care to clean up the existing trash along both our properties, put my trash cans out when I was out of town, and it wasn't their trash! Who does that? I'm impressed and in the process of getting my house on solar as I type!!

Getting solar was so much more pleasant than I thought it would be. I found these guys while at a local store. Saw their van and started asking questions, while dreading the expected sales pitches just to get some information. To my surprise, they don't use salesmen and I got direct answers with no pressure or sales tactics. This won me over, and I now look forward to seeing my electric bill. Jason, thanks for your patience and treating me and my wife with respect by not harassing us. We only wish we made the decision months earlier.

We had Sun Dollar solar install our system after talking to some of the other large companies. Jason from Sun Dollar Solar was very knowledgeable and gave us different options on how we could get our system purchased outright. The other companies that we talked to wanted us to sign up for a 20 year lease. After the lease was up, they wouldn't tell us what would happen with the system. With Sun Dollar solar we own our system, and we won't have any issues with a leasing company if we decide to sell our home. We also paid 1/2 of what we would have with the lease from the other companies

Jason spend all the time I needed in explaining my project. The job was done ahead of schedule and the inspection was perfect. I have recommended him and his crew to many people. When my husband and I decided to have solar installed for our home, we were originally going with a company that had rewired our house in 2014. A friend of ours told us about Inland Empower Solar, who had just installed solar at his residence, and the fantastic work they did. We were recommended to Sun Dollar Solar from another solar company we used in Carlsbad on our Cherry Valley home. Sun Dollar Solar answered the phone over the weekend while we were in town and were very prompt in meeting with us. We felt that it was more important to go with a local company who will be immediately available should we need them., especially since we are out of town most of the time.
It took only a week to have our system installed and we are very pleased with our experience with Sun Dollar Solar.
